* Crafty, aren’t they? Men wearing women’s clothes is actually forbidden in Islam, just goes to show when it comes to saving their asses these brave ‘fighters’ are not so brave after all. Interesting also that their Muslim brothers won’t be fooled, whereas Westerners would be afraid to look under the burka because of ‘cultural sensitivity’ and PC…

JAFFA, Israel – Hamas terrorists were in for a surprise yesterday when Palestinian gunmen from a rival group tried to escape a Hamas siege by dressing as women.
The gunmen were attempting to flee a Hamas crackdown on a powerful clan affiliated with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah organization. Hamas suspected the clan was harboring Palestinians responsible for a series of bombings last week that killed five Hamas members.
Yesterday’s clashes left nine dead and over 80 wounded in the most violent round yet of Hamas’ weeklong confrontation with rival Fatah.

Watchdog petitions Israeli court against return of Fatah refugees to Gaza per instructions of Abbas
KHALED ABU TOAMEH and YAAKOV KATZ , THE JERUSALEM POST
The Association for Civil Right in Israel petitioned the High Court of
Justice on Sunday to prevent the state from returning Fatah refugees to Gaza
after they fled the territory on Saturday.
The petitioners stated that forcing the Fatah loyalists to return to the
Strip could endanger their lives and called it a serious violation of human
rights and of Israeli law.
The court ordered the state to respond to the petition by Monday.
Abu Maazen rejects his own people:
Earlier on Sunday, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas refused to grant West
Bank asylum to dozens of supporters who fled Hamas-ruled Gaza to Israel
under fire, during fierce factional fighting.

* Ironic, isn’t it? The evil Jooozzz, the victims of Islamic terror and annihilation, provide shelter and refuge for their Pali-killers.
Abbas stood his ground, with aides explaining that he felt his embattled
Fatah group must maintain a presence in Gaza. The escape posed a dilemma for
Abbas. After the Hamas takeover of Gaza last summer, he had agreed to
resettle some 250 of his Gaza loyalists in the West Bank.

Mama Moonbat (clueless) gets the finger from a very cheeky Pamela
by Pamela Geller and Eliza Saxon “Golda Meir is weeping”
“We are tired of fighting, we are tired of being courageous, we are tired of winning, we are tired of defeating our enemies, we want that we will be able to live in an entirely different environment of relations with our enemies. We want them to be our friends, our partners, our good neighbors, and I believe that this is not impossible.” –from Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s June 9, 2005, speech delivered at the Israel Policy Forum.Â
* Â “When it comes to appeasing the enemy, he is, sadly, very consistent.”
Prime Minister Olmert delivered this pathetic “appeasement” statement. He might be a liar and under numerous investigations, but when it comes to appeasing the enemy, he is, sadly, very consistent. This statement was a foreshadowing of the disasters which have come under his leadership in the past three years: the kidnapping of Gilad Shalit, the abduction and deaths of Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasswer, the failed Second Lebanon War and finally, the release of terrorist child-murderer Samir Kuntar in exchange for the already brutally murdered bodies of Regev and Goldwasser. This was the coup de grace of appeasing terrorists.
* News update: Hamas Work Accident Watch: 5 bomb-makers hurt in huge blast
I completely oppose the actions and policies of the Israeli government and, inevitably, some of the people of Israel, as they sanctioned their leadership in carrying out this deal. When the Israeli government released Samir Kuntar, it was a defeat of enormous import for the spirit and will of the Jewish people. I hang my head in shame.
Just in from Carl in Jerusalem
Could it be that the world’s largest recipient of foreign aid per capita with the expert suit-and-tie-clad businessman at its helm is going bankrupt? That’s what the ‘Palestinian Authority‘ is telling the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday morning. The reason for the ‘bankruptcy’? No, of course it’s not that they spent more than they took in. It’s that they didn’t take in enough. You see, many of the ‘donor countries’ – especially the Arab ones – haven’t been ponying up their money now that a barrel of oil ‘only’ costs $126 instead of $147….
The officials told The Jerusalem Post that the PA wouldn’t be able to pay July salaries to more than 150,000 public servants and may be forced to close down several government institutions as a result of the deepening crisis.
I know one place they could cut back – they could stop paying ‘salaries‘ for all their ‘employees‘ in Gaza who haven’t come to work in over a year. At least 40% of the ‘Palestinian Authority’s ‘budget’ is spent in Gaza, which they do not even control.
The officials disclosed that the deficit in the PA budget has risen in the past six months from $1.6 billion to $2b.
“We are facing a real crisis,” a top PA official told the Post, adding “we are on the brink of bankruptcy.”
