He said: “It is absurd. I expect he wasn’t New Labour enough for them. This is a Government that is very careless of British history and always has been.”

France Capitulates Again: Hizballah Not a Terror Group
Hizbullah is part of Lebanese politics and must not be regarded as a terror organization, said the French Foreign Ministry in a statement Thursday night.

My comment is about France.
In my youth I studied the period 1715 – 1815 and it is a very interesting period in history. I just watched a doco tonight on Marie Antoinette.
It occurred to me that the French so “bravely” captured their monarchs, humiliated them, and guillotined them.
(I am not saying Louis XV1 and Marie Antoinette were innocent.)
I just wondered why they did this with such ease, and yet when their country was in danger from the Nazis they did nothing. Now they are in danger of being islamised and still they do nothing.
Yes, people were starving before the French Revolution, and it is still a very complex issue, but somehow I doubt the nobility and the monarchs were set on destroying France.
Were the French bullies or brave back then? What are they now? Gutless dhimmis comes to mind.

You can’t mention Hitler or Stalin because people can draw too many parallels with Islamania, violating the laws of PC in the process.
