They are the hate speech sprouters creating a straw man as it suits them and then saying ‘see hate speech’. That said the post they quoted does illustrate how people who are confused about the issue and create their own straw man can create points of attack, e.g. where the comment asks “if moderates cannot control the radicals …” when there is no such demarcation (except in the minds of the leaders of government like Abbott, Cameron etc) and it is Islam which is the problem, which the facebook poster did mention but then drifted from. The so-called moderates are irrelevant, viz a viz those who choose to engage in violent jihad, so shoudn’t be given airtime as it only gives credence to the idea that there are moderates. If there are people to be blamed and loathed it isn’t muslims for they are merely following their religion but instead it is the grovelling leaders of governments who are betraying their own people.
