I have a better word which I coined to describe that ilk: “AssWhole”.
For images of that ilk, I think you have seen Unk’s treatment. He has 31 frames of emerging turds which can be merged with your favorite picture and compiled to gif format. You can see an example in my most recent post about the Secretary General. It took me about an hour to do that, of cuss.
