Tens of thousands of Africans flooded into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on Thursday. Ceuta is an autonomous city of Spain that borders Morocco on the southern side of the Strait of Gibraltar. 

The Spanish Department ‌of National Security estimated that over 49,000 people illegally crossed the border in 24 hours. Moroccan authorities deployed water cannon trucks to push people back at the gates of Ceuta. France reacted by increasing checks on its border with Spain, and Italy threatened to suspend Spain from the EU’s internal open border arrangement. 

The Spanish people have their political leaders to blame for these kinds of crises. Spain’s socialist rulers have spent years offering mass amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants who break into their country. Of course waves of foreigners would react by trying to get in on the action. The Spanish government has directly incentivized them to do so.

There’s a comforting idea behind a lot of immigration policy: that crossing a border is basically a reset button. New country, new rules, new identity, the slate wipes clean.

That’s why assimilation can’t be optional. Welcoming people in without asking anything of them in return isn’t generosity, it’s abdication. A country has every right to say: you’re welcome here, and in exchange, you learn the language, you respect the laws, you adopt the basic values that hold this place together.

They operate under the Marxist narrative of groups, united under the banner of being oppressed against the oppressors, which they have projected on to white straight Christian males.

This isn’t me saying it. This is them.

Once again we see the left believes in propaganda above reality, refusing to see the threat to “her community” by Islam, and lamenting the threat is never from where they insist it is.

        • The package is described as $66 million (sometimes rounded or referred to as ~$65.5–66 million in coverage) for initiatives including:
          • An Islamophobia Education Taskforce (including education from pre-school level).
          • Training for police, parliamentarians, public servants, etc.
          • Mental health and wellbeing support.
          • Multicultural grants focused on Muslim communities (especially women and youth).
          • Security measures for Islamic faith sites.
          • A new AFP Social Cohesion Team and other reporting/response improvements.

Australian government rejects ‘Islamophobia’ envoy’s recommendation to discount role of religion in terrorist acts

After two Islamic terrorists murdered 15 Jews in Bondi celebrating Chanukah, this decrepit gov’t went to any length to protect Islam, to deep six a Royal Commission rather than allow establishing a connection between Jew-hatred & Islamic terrorism. To employ an Islamic “envoy” is an insult on every Australian taxpayer. But here we are, suffering insult after injury:

Aftab Malik, a United Nations Alliance of Civilisations “Global Expert” on Muslim affairs, has been named as the government’s Islamophobia envoy.

Australia’s “Islamophobia” top dog, Aftab Malik, recommended that the government discount religion as a motivating factor in terrorist acts. This was clearly an attempt to prevent the Australian government from discovering or shedding any light upon the role of Islam in the motivations of jihad terrorists. Anyone who dared to note that jihad violence was being committed in accord with Islamic texts and teachings would have been dismissed as “Islamophobic.” Surprisingly, Albanese rejected this recommendation, but Aftab Malik will no doubt keep pushing.

But to many Australians, it looks less like fairness and more like a massive tax grab dressed up as compassion.
 
While wrapping himself in the language of helping young Australians, he is reaching deeper into their pockets to fund a bigger government and his vision for Australia’s future.
 
There is something disturbingly unfair about building your own wealth under one set of rules, then changing those rules once you’ve made it to the top.
That is the contradiction confronting Anthony Albanese.
 
The Prime Minister built his own financial future in an Australia that rewarded aspiration.

Hanson sparks “backlash” after Tommy Robinson podcast comments

One Nation leader Pauline Hanson is under fire after a UK podcast appearance with far-right activist Tommy Robinson. In the discussion, Hanson blamed Australia’s migration problems on the end of the White Australia Policy and repeated claims that people from “Muslim areas” are heavily involved in NDIS rorting.

Federal Health and NDIS Minister Mark Butler said he has not seen official data that supports those claims, and questioned why Hanson chose to meet Robinson. Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young also condemned the remarks and called on Hanson to apologise. Hanson has since defended the meeting in a 7NEWS Spotlight interview and said she will not apologise. 

So it seems the Labor Government will be handing out billions on our behalf to a Chinese renewable energy company with extremely close links to the Chinese Communist Party. What madness. We’re destroying prime agricultural land, pursuing a net zero agenda that is driving up energy bills, and we’re now paying billions to the Chinese (the world’s biggest polluter) for the privilege. At what point did the national interest, or what is best for everyday Australians, enter the equation here?

Pauline Hanson has launched a barrage of policy wars with Labor and the Coalition by pledging massive cuts to government spending while ending the ‘transgender insurgency’ and Islamic fundamentalism in Australia.
