Australia: Murder charges against ‘jihadist’ asylum seeker withdrawn

Sayed Ahmed Abdellatif must be a very well connected jihadist. The claim that ‘Egypt’s judicial system must be treated with caution’ is highly suspect.  Anything that comes from from the MuBro’s  should be treated with suspicion.  As you can see, Sayed sports a zebiba, which gives him away as a radical headbanger. So if he’s (not yet) guilty of murder, we shouldn’t be surprised if he keeps doing what his ‘religion’ demands of him. In any case, Sayed hardly qualifies as an asylum seeker: the MuBro’s are now in power in Egypt and it is very safe for the likes of Sayed to return home.

Interpol have made a stunning withdrawal of murder and firearms charges against the Egyptian asylum seeker held in detention and hounded by the federal Coalition as a ”convicted Jihadist terrorist”.

The French-based headquarters for the international police issued the withdrawal of the charges to its ”red notice” against Sayed Ahmed Abdellatif in a statement on Friday morning.

Interpol said its bureau in Cario had asked the red notice ”be changed to remove any charges relating to premeditated murder, destruction of property, and possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives without a permit”.

”The remaining offences listed on the current valid Red Notice for Mr Abdel Latif are for membership of an illegally-formed extremist organization and forging travel documents for the organization’s members.”

Mr Addellatif had fled the Mubarak regime in the late 1990s and after spending time in Albania, Britain and Iran, eventually in 2012 made a boat journey to Australia to claim asylum.

It came as two men today put a 21-year-old pregnant woman in hospital for covering her face with a veil on the same council estate.

In what is being viewed as a severe test of France’s burka ban, around 60 people attacked police on Wednesday night in Argenteuil, a commuter town to the north west of the capital.

Rand Paul: U.S. is funding a ‘war against Christianity’

(Not so much the U.S. its the Obama regime that perverted everything.)

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Thursday continued his outreach to Christian conservatives, telling a gathering of them that the United States is effectively funding wars on Christianity by sending money to nations like Egypt and Syria.

“It’s clear that American taxpayer dollars are being used in a war against Christianity,” Paul said at a luncheon hosted by the Faith and Freedom Coalition to kick off the three-day Faith and Freedom Conference.

Paul said the U.S. war in Iraq led Christians to flee a secular country that had otherwise been “a relatively safe place for Christians,” and that Christians are now being hunted in nearby nations.

“These countries are not our allies, and no amount of money is going to make them so,” Paul said. “It makes no sense. Should we be sending F-16s and tanks to Egypt when (President Mohammed) Morsi says Jews are descendants of apes and pigs?”

Paul then said that, even apart from the war on Christianity, the investments aren’t wise.

“There is a war on Christianity,” Paul told an audience of mostly evangelical Christians and Jews during a luncheon at the annual Faith and Freedom Conference in Washington. “Not just from liberal elites here at home, but worldwide. And your government, or more correctly, you, the taxpayer, are funding it. You are being taxed to send money to countries that are not only intolerant of Christians, but openly hostile. Christians are imprisoned and threatened with death for their beliefs.”

United Nations human rights investigators said they have gathered testimony from outside Syria suggesting rebels, not Bashar Assad’s regime, may have used chemical weapons.

“Our investigators have been in neighboring countries interviewing victims, doctors and field hospitals and, according to their report of last week which I have seen, there are strong, concrete suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof of the use of sarin gas, from the way the victims were treated,” Carla Del Ponte, a member of the independent commission of inquiry on Syria, told Swiss-Italian television. “This was use on the part of the opposition, the rebels, not by the government authorities.”

Serving soldiers have been warned they face dismissal if they are found to be taking part in activities organised by the English Defence League (EDL).

 So they don’t  only face the terror from the head choppers, they also face the terror from the treacherous Cameron regime.

The far-right group has staged a series of rallies and demonstrations following the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich, south-east London.

The army has now warned all serving soldiers they must not engage in any political behaviour. Recently, photographs emerged of what appear to be masked British soldiers posing with weapons in front of an EDL flag.

Defence minister Mark Francois, in a written Parliamentary answer, said: “In the wake of the appalling murder of Drummer Rigby, General Sir David Richards, Chief of the Defence Staff, wrote to all ranks on May 23 both to express his sympathy for Drummer Rigby’s family and to urge all service personnel not to get drawn into the politics of this incident,” Mr Francois said.
