This is yet another reminder that meaningful peace of any kind is utterly impossible. The issue isn’t territory. It’s bone deep hatred to a degree that is inconceivable among normal human beings.

Peace is impossible.

The Island of Peace massacre was a Mass murder attack that occurred at the Island of Peace site in Naharayim on March 13, 1997 in which Ahmed Daqamseh, a Jordanian soldier opened fire at a large group of Israeli schoolgirls from the AMIT Fuerst School in Beit Shemesh who were on a class field trip, killing seven of them and injuring six others.

The shooter, who expressed pride for his actions, was imprisoned by Jordanian authorities, but was later called a “hero” by the Jordanian Justice Minister and Parliament, who called for his release.

Speaking on Al Jazeera in May 2001, Ahmed Daqamseh’s mother said, “I am proud of my son, and I hold my head high. My son did a heroic deed and has pleased Allah and his own conscience. My son lifts my head and the head of the entire Arab and Islamic nation. I am proud of any Muslim who does what Ahmad did.

Obama Proposes Arming Muslim Brotherhood in Somalia

Why settle for just arming the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and Syria?

Obama decided this week that the Muslim Brotherhood-linked regime ruling parts of Somalia out of the capital city Mogadishu is eligible to receive U.S. military aid and weapons, sending a memo to Secretary of State John Kerry announcing the new finding and laying the ground work for even more foreign entanglements in Africa.

The Obama administration formally recognized the Muslim Brotherhood-linked regime of Somali “President” Hassan Sheikh Mohamud in January — the first time a U.S. administration has officially recognized a Somali “government” since 1991.

Providing military assistance to the Somali government is in the interest of U.S. national security, President Barack Obama said in a memorandum.

Obama issued a notice to Secretary of State John Kerry noting his position on arms exports to Somalia.

“I hereby find that the furnishing of defense articles and defense services to the Federal Republic of Somalia will strengthen the security of the United States and promote world peace,” Obama’s memo stated.

Giving weapons to the Muslim Brotherhood is bound to promote world peace. How could it not?

Ever since the UK caved in and allowed sharia courts legal jurisdiction in civil matters, the face of used-to-be-Great Britain has changed remarkably, as sharia courts metasize and dispense Islamic justice behind closed doors..

Recently a Sharia court in Britain told an abused wife to stay with her abusive husband and “correct” herself. Britain will see much, much more of that sort of thing (and worse) if Hopkins is not heeded, as he probably won’t be. “Ilkley MP speaks out against Mosques’ Sharia law bid,” from the Wharfedale Observer, April 13:

Keighley and Ilkley MP Kris Hopkins has written to the Justice Secretary stating his opposition to the establishment of Sharia courts.

He was speaking after Bradford Council for Mosques issued a statement calling on the Government to “recognise” the work of Sharia courts, and for them to be “better resourced with an agreed framework”.

However, in his letter to Justice Secretary Chris Grayling, Mr Hopkins said he was “absolutely opposed to any proposal for the establishment of a state-sponsored, alternative judicial process in any part of the United Kingdom”.

“There can only be one set of laws in this country, and we must not countenance the concept of different ethnic groups setting up their own court rooms of convenience,” he said. “As the Cabinet Minister with responsibility for our judicial system, I trust you will use your offices to protect its integrity by rejecting any approaches to recognise or give any credence to Sharia courts which have neither jurisdiction nor legitimacy in this country.”

Never, in the hundreds of news reports over the years and to this very day, has my work ever been described as such. “Anti-Muslim” and “anti-Islam” — their assumption being that every Muslim supports jihad and sharia. I do not believe that for a moment. There are too many Muslim victims of jihad and sharia. It is a strawman argument.

The bottom line is, if the media described my work in an honest and forthright fashion, most decent freedom-loving folks would agree with me. They know this.

Pamela Geller, of Stop Islamization of America, to speak at Chabad of Great Neck

Activist Pamela Geller, who is known for her anti-Islam viewpoints, will speak at Chabad of Great Neck this weekend.

Geller’s Stop Islamization of America has been classified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League. Her speech was originally slated to be delivered at the Great Neck Synagogue, but was canceled. The synagogue claims it was due to security concerns.
