According to a report by veteran journalist Danny Zaken in “Israel Hayom” – Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has reportedly approached several Middle Eastern countries for help against the Houthis — including an indirect request to Israel for intelligence and other assistance.

According to regional diplomatic sources, Riyadh contacted other Gulf states and Egypt directly, while the request to Israel was reportedly conveyed through US Central Command. The goal: help prevent the Houthis from threatening or closing the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

On Real Time with Bill Maher, in a segment titled “Clash of Civilizations,” Maher walked through what has happened in the 25 years since 9/11.

“Since it’s the 25th anniversary of 9/11, and since, for 25 years, we’ve been kept relatively safe from anything close to another 9/11, how about a hand for the Americans who made that happen? Because it didn’t just happen; there was a war on terror, and we won,” he said. “And yet so much has changed since 9/11; for example, back then we were against the terrorists.”

The audience laughed, but he was being serious.

Around the 20th anniversary, for example, four American journalism associations issued guidance insisting that “terrorism should only be used in quotes because it’s emotionally and politically loaded.” Canadian state broadcasters instructed staff, “Do not refer to the September 11th attacks as terrorist attacks.” The BBC told its reporters that using the word “terrorist” can be a “barrier rather than an aid to understanding.”

The pattern shows that the media establishment many years ago concluded moral clarity amounted to a kind of bigotry and that to name an ideology responsible for mass murder was the same as harboring hatred towards all those who happen to share that ideology. In 1990, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) provided“full funding” for one Anwar Nasser Abdulla al-Awlaki for studies in civil engineering at Colorado State University.

Just months before September 11, Awlaki moved to Virginia and became an imam at the Dar Al-Hijrah Mosque in Falls Church…

There was only one problem: the USAID document listed his birthplace as Sana’a, Yemen. Awlaki was actually born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, an inaccuracy which federal security agent Ray Fournier and The New York Timesdescribe as being done in an attempt to qualify for scholarship money.

Awlaki returned to the United States on October 23, 2000, just two weeks after the bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen. This sequencing is worth mentioning, but at this time the FBI did not establish any connection between Awlaki and the attack.

Just months before September 11, Awlaki moved to Virginia and became an imam at the Dar Al-Hijrah Mosque in Falls Church. After the events of 9/11, on September 15, he was questioned by authorities and claimed he flew into Washington DC’s National Airport at 9 AM – less than an hour before the Pentagon was hit.

Significantly during interrogations, Awlaki would not show his passport and left the interview at one point to take an “urgent” phone call. When asked about his feelings about jihad, he would go on to state “I would like not to comment on that.”

The UN Has Recognized Israel’s Claim to All the Territory Between ‘the River and the Sea’

The territory that the League of Nations originally contemplated for inclusion in the Mandate for Palestine stretched from the Mediterranean, across the river Jordan. It included all the land east of the Jordan “out to the desert” that later became the Emirate of Transjordan. In 1921, however, the British decided to seal off from Jewish settlement all of the Mandate’s land east of the river.

The League of Nations was quite clear, however, that all of the territory between the Mediterranean and the river Jordan remained part of the Palestine Mandate, the mandate that had only one purpose: to create under the supposedly benign British administration a state — the only state — for the Jews. When the League of Nations collapsed, the United Nations replaced it. In Article 80 of the UN Charter, this successor organization committed itself to continuing to bring to statehood any mandates still outstanding — and the only one then outstanding was the Mandate for Palestine. Legally, then, the UN was bound to recognize the Jewish state’s claim to all of the territory between “the river and the sea.”

US President Donald Trump told reporters on Friday that the United States may hit Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain very soon.

Pickaxe Mountain, located ​near Iran’s heavily damaged Natanz uranium enrichment facility, is ​a heavily fortified site that hosts two deeply buried tunnel complexes.

Trump credited the US’s space technology and the US Space Force as the reason the US has comprehensive intelligence on movement around Pickaxe Mountain.

“We’re leading in space. We know everybody that’s moving at Pickaxe, we know everybody that’s moving everywhere, all over Iran, and if anything goes bad, we hit them. We hit them hard,” Trump said.

Trump also downplayed the situation, saying he called it a “military conflict,” instead of a war.

“It’s small potatoes for us. It’s not a big thing,” Trump said.

US said drafting postwar plan to create alliance against Iran, expand Abraham Accords

US President Donald Trump’s administration is crafting a post-Iran war strategy to build a regional alignment of US allies to contain Iran, while also expanding the Abraham Accords, the Axios news site reported on Friday.

The report said that in private conversations, Trump has told people that he’s working on “something much bigger” in the Middle East after the war with Iran.

Just one Muslim from Gaza living in the UK was allowed two months ago to bring in twenty relatives from the Strip. They don’t speak English. They have no useful skills. They have been used to living, as their fathers before them, on the UNRWA dole. They are certainly not going to contribute to the UK economy. They will almost certainly need to receive all of the welfare benefits offered by the British government. And for every Gazan allowed in — the number now being bruited about is 40,000, for a start — how many will those initial 40,000 be able to bring in, as part of the policy of “family reunification” to which the soft-hearted British government subscribes, hundreds of thousands more Gazans?

Israel lauds Finland’s decision to end UNRWA funding, invites other nations to join, Danon says

Almost 24 hours after Ville Tavio, Finnish minister for foreign trade and development, said Finland would stop funding the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, the Israeli Foreign Ministry lauded the development.

“Israel welcomes Finland’s decision to end its multi-year funding for UNRWA,” the Jewish state said on Friday. “It is good to see more countries recognizing the undeniable truth in light of the conclusive evidence of UNRWA employees’ involvement in the Oct. 7 massacre and UNRWA’s inseparable links to Hamas.”

“UNRWA is a hotbed of terrorism,” the Israeli ministry said of the U.N. agency. “It is part of the problem, not part of the solution.”

The IDF eliminated Hamas Nukhba terrorists Hazem Mousa and Razek Sahil Suleiman Abu Shahma, who served as a bodyguard to Yahya Sinwar.
Both terrorists infiltrated the Re’im camp during the October 7 Massacre and continued advancing terror attacks against Israeli troops and civilians in violation of the ceasefire agreement.
The IDF will continue operating to defend the people of Israel.

LGBT activists: passionately pro-jihad and so hostile toward Israel….

Stupidity is a killer

Are you puzzled why so many LGBT activists are so passionately pro-Palestine and so hostile toward Israel? Not just critical of a policy. Not just angry at a prime minister. I mean the full activist package, signs, flags, chants, moral lectures and complete confidence that Israel is the villain.

Because if we are talking about the actual treatment of gay people, Israel is not even in the same moral universe as the forces these activists keep romanticizing. Israel is not perfect, no country is, but it is diverse, openly argumentative and home to a visible LGBT community that can organize, march, vote, sue and publicly demand more rights. The State Department has reported that Israeli law prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and is generally enforced, even though discrimination still exists. Reuters has covered public Pride events in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Now compare that with the world the protest signs usually excuse. In the West Bank and Gaza, the State Department reported strong societal opposition to LGBTQ activities, Palestinian police often acted to prevent those activities, and observers said human rights groups in Gaza did not openly monitor or address LGBTQ matters.

Then there are the jihadists. ISIS did not need a city council vote. Human Rights Watch cited UN reporting that ISIS executed gay and bisexual men and transgender people by throwing them from high-rise buildings.

And then we saw the American version in Hamtramck, Michigan, the city that made history with an all-Muslim city council. In 2023, that council unanimously banned Pride flags from city property. AP later reported a federal judge allowed the policy to stand, noting some council members said Pride flags clashed with their religious beliefs.

That is the cartoon in real life.

One side waves the flag, marches in the street and shouts solidarity. The other side, when it gains power, says put the flag away.

No Mohammedan should hold high office in any western country.

UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL STUNNED: ARAB DIPLOMAT CHALLENGES HISTORICAL NARRATIVE ON ISRAEL.

GENEVA — In a dramatic address delivered before the United Nations Human Rights Council, Jasem Aljuraid—an Arab political refugee speaking on behalf of UN Watch—challenged the assembly’s position on the Middle East, questioning popular claims regarding indigenous rights and historical colonization.

Directly addressing the Council, Aljuraid urged diplomats to re-examine regional history:

“A Jewish kingdom ruled in Judea for a thousand years. We, the Arabs, took this land. Who Arabized Egyptians, Phoenicians, Persians, and Amazighs? It was us, the Arabs. So why does the Council enshrine a lie by keeping a permanent agenda item on Palestine, while ignoring the indigenous heart of Israel returning home?”

He went on to criticize the Council’s permanent Agenda Item 7—a mandate dedicated specifically to scrutinizing Israel—arguing that the nation’s current military actions are counter-terrorism measures that protect the wider region.

Concluding his remarks, Aljuraid defended Israel’s operational role in the region:

“Today, Israel is a fighter for peaceful nations, freeing Gaza from Hamas, and saving Iranians from the Islamic Republic. What Israel is doing to the IRGC is a gift to humanity.”

An academic with historic links to the now banned Hizb ut-Tahrir terror group has been recruited by Cambridge University to the same faculty as ex-professor Jason Arday.

Arday decided to kick the bucket after being exposed as a fraud.

The University of Cambridge is facing fresh scrutiny after it emerged that a former member of the now-proscribed extremist group Hizb ut-Tahrir was given a role as assistant research professor in the institution’s faculty of education last year.

According to the publication, Dr Ahmed’s chapter for the 2002 Hizb ut-Tahrir pamphlet ‘Education and Identity’ was republished in 2017.

Hizb ut-Tahrir was proscribed in the UK in 2024. 

The Spectator reported that in the pamphlet, she wrote: ‘The Muslim community as a whole in Britain needs to recognise that western education is a threat to our beliefs and values.’

She attacked schools’ ‘attempts to integrate Muslim children’ as seeking to ‘produce new generations that reject Islam’ and added: ‘if society is built on kufr [unbelief], it is our duty to tackle this challenge as a community in order to protect our young from its corruption.’

Cambridge defends academic over ‘produce weaponry for Jihad’ article

Cambridge has now told Jewish News that Ahmed says the comments were not written by her and do not represent her views.

A spokesperson for the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge, said: “These comments were made in an article to which Dr Ahmed contributed as a historical researcher more than 20 years ago. She has said that they are not her words and do not reflect her views. Dr Ahmed also reiterated that she ended her association with Hizb ut-Tahrir more than 15 years ago, long before the group was proscribed. Her appointment at Cambridge followed a standard recruitment process and complied fully with the University’s legal obligations as an employer.”

Ahmed previously said in 2010 that she no longer supported “all” the views of Hizb ut-Tahrir and had not recently been involved with the organisation.

The revelations follow separate scrutiny of an education project led by Ahmed which promotes an Islamic curriculum. The Spectator reported last week that teaching material promoted by the project described Israelis taken hostage by Hamas on 7 October as “prisoners of war”, called Hamas an “excuse” used by Israel to justify attacks on Gaza and included a map on which Israel did not appear.

Hizb ut-Tahrir was proscribed by the UK government on 19 January 2024. Announcing the ban, the government described it as an antisemitic organisation which “actively promotes and encourages terrorism” and pointed to its praise for the Hamas attacks on Israel on 7 October 2023.
