🇬🇧 The Ministry of Justice has ordered the deletion of the UK’s largest court reporting archive.

Courtsdesk, a platform launched to improve media access to magistrates’ court data has been ordered to delete its archive of records by David Lammy’s Ministry of Justice.

According to Courtsdesk, the platform has since been used by more than 1,500 journalists from 39 media organisations and the data provided has highlighted serious failures in the courts system.

It said journalists were given no advance notice of 1.6 million criminal hearings, the number of court cases listed was accurate on just 4.2 per cent of sitting days and half a million weekend cases were heard with no notification to the press.

The UK’s socialist regime has shut out journalists from accessing court records. This is to impede further reporting of Muslim-migrant crime (with more illegals arriving under Starmer than any other prime minister in history) and comes ahead of Lammy ending the right to jury trial.

There is something profoundly entertaining about watching the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils publicly unravel in slow motion. They issue one statement after another, as if more words might eventually help their credibility.

And now, because the implosion clearly wasn’t dramatic enough, it’s foreign policy.

We have now reached a stage where a religious organization believes it should have the power to demand that Israeli President Isaac Herzog’s visa be canceled and his visit to Australia blocked. It’s as if Australian diplomacy is supposed to operate based on their outrage and press releases.

The madness goes on and on. In socialist Spain, the government of Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has come up with a novel way to investigate the criminal histories of illegal migrants. It asks them. That’s right: each migrant is asked if he has a criminal history in his country of origin. If he says “no,” that is the end of the matter. No further probing need take place.
