I sit here and I cannot believe the idiocy of the #left. These sheep are more dangerous than the government-appointed censors. They’re cheering on the e-Safety Commissioner issuing ‘takedown’ orders for the two stabbing incidents. Since when did we allow the government to control the news? Since when did we let the government decide what we can and can’t know about terror attacks? This is what Jacinda Ardern did when she tried to appoint herself the ‘sole source of truth’. As soon as the government erases these attacks from social media, it can spin any lie it likes about what happened. The government can even erase the attacks – or hide future attacks. It can even lie about why they happened. Soon, there won’t be ‘terror attacks’ – there will be ‘incidents of mental health’. The e-Commissioner is complicit in covering up the Albanese government’s failure to promote integration and social cohesion.

You can get any kind of study as long as you pay for it.

Any gov’t servant that calls for censorship is the enemy of the people and should be treated accordingly.

They ignore the Islamic hate preachers who incite Muslims & justify terrorism.

We have an islam problem, and this clown’s solution is to stop people spreading information and talking about it. Websites didn’t storm the church, you creep.

Following the attack on Assyrian Bishop H.G Mar Mari Emmanuel in Sydney, a crowd of hundreds of Angry Assyrians gathered at the church demanding that the police hand over the attacker to them.

Now the Police commissioner is threatening them with arrest.

Senator demands tough action against Islamist fundamentalism

It’s Islam, just Islam. There is no such thing as “Islamist fundamentalism”.

One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson has called for decisive action against Islamist fundamentalism in the wake of yesterday’s terror attack on a Christian bishop at a church Sydney. 

Hanson criticised Labor for allegedly turning a blind eye to the dangers of importing Islamist ideologies into Australia to secure votes in western Sydney seats.

“Islamist ideology, which seeks to impose fundamentalist Islam across the world, is completely incompatible with Australian values of freedom, democracy, and religious tolerance,” she said in a statement shared to social media.

What we know about Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, who was stabbed in the Sydney church attack

Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel is a prominent conservative leader of the Assyrian Orthodox Christ the Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley in Western Sydney.

The 53-year-old sustained lacerations to his head after being lunged at during a mass service at the church that was being broadcast online, with the NSW police commissioner saying he underwent surgery and was “lucky to be alive”.

A charismatic and controversial figure, he gained a significant online following during 2020 as an outspoken opponent of COVID-19 lockdowns, referring to the outbreak as a “pandemic”.

Bishop Emmanuel grew up in Baghdad before moving to Australia as a child with his family.

In 2014, the church where the stabbing attack took place broke away from the main Assyrian Church of The East, after the bishop was ex-communicated over theological differences.

His church’s website says he became a priest in 2009 and was ordained as a bishop in 2011.

 

His sermons are broadcast on Christ the Good Shepherd Church’s Facebook and YouTube channels, which have a combined following of 240,000.

Bishop Emmanuel is also known for preaching anti-LGBTQ views, describing homosexuality as a “crime in the eyes of God”.

He has also given sermons criticising non-Christian religions, including Judaism and Islam.

In another he said that “Islam flourished and expanded with the sword”.

He recently delivered sermons on the conflict in Gaza, calling for peace.

The bishop’s popularity has generated online fan pages with thousands of followers and he has taken part in a series of conservative YouTube programs and interviews, where he has spoken about religion, homosexuality and the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the Christ the Good Shepherd Church website, he travelled to Phoenix Arizona, in the United States, to deliver a bible preaching in December last year.
