“Net Zero” means collective suicide

You have probably heard of “Net Zero,” the unrealistically ambitious target of having no net greenhouse gas emissions by some point in the relatively near future (2030, maybe 2050 at the latest). A report filed in 2019 by the prestigious government-funded UK organization of engineers and scientists, UK FIRES, thinks Net Zero is not enough and is pushing for an insanely aggressive program called “Absolute Zero,” absolutely zero emissions by 2050. What does it entail?

.Among other things, no flights, no container shipping, no red meat consumption, no cement, no new steel production, and no fossil fuel use for any reason, even plastics, by 2050. How do they expect this to be possible? Draconian governmental action combined with drastic semi-voluntary reductions in individual quality of life for all citizens. President Creepy Joe Biden’s border deputies are doubling the inflow of illegals through the “CPB One” pathway, regardless of a multi-state lawsuit against the likely illegal process.

The monthly inflow will rise to 38,750 each month, allowing 465,000 illegal migrants to be registered and released each to take U.S. housing, jobs, and government aid.

Other channels created by Biden’s pro-migration border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, bring the planned inflow to almost one million illegals.

In many speeches, Mayorkas says he is building a mass migration system to deliver workers to wealthy employers and investors and “equity” to poor foreigners. The nation’s border laws are subordinate to elite opinion about “the values of our country” Mayorkas claims.

Migration — and especially, labor migration — is unpopular among swing voters. A 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR). The 54 percent “Invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

The UK government worked with social media and A.I. firms to spy on and censor critics of coronavirus lockdowns, a report has claimed.

The UK government worked with social media and A.I. firms to surveil and censor critics of coronavirus lockdowns, a report has claimed.

Officials within the UK government reportedly worked clandestinely with social media companies, such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter as well as A.I. firms to monitor critics of the lockdown regime, as well as to identify and ultimately censor speech criticising the draconian government policy.

Published by The Telegraph, the claims bear many similarities to the so-called “Twitter files”, which revealed how U.S. authorities worked hand-in-glove with social media firms to censor criticism of government COVID-19 policy.

According to the newspaper’s report, the UK government employed the so-called Counter-Disinformation Unit (CDU) — a Whitehall team originally set up to counter alleged disinfo during the 2019 European elections — to monitor social media posts challenging government lockdown policy with the aim of censoring the content.

To achieve this aim, the organisation reportedly worked closely with social media corporations as well as firms specialising in the use of Artificial Intelligence, the latter of which used the advanced technology to scour the net for messaging critical of government narratives on COVID-19.

One private firm that took part in this “state surveillance” operation was Yorkshire-based Logically, with the firm flagging numerous posts made by, according to The Telegraph, “respected scientists questioning lockdown or arguing against the mass vaccination of children against Covid-19”.

Cites “unintended effect of curtailing political speech”

In an interesting plot twist as we wade deeper into the 2024 election cycle, YouTube on Friday announced it will stop deleting content arguing that “widespread fraud, errors or glitches” affected the 2020 or other past presidential elections. 

“In the current environment, we find that while removing this content does curb some misinformation, it could also have the unintended effect of curtailing political speech without meaningfully reducing the risk of violence or other real-world harm,” the platform said in a blog post.  

The policy change elicited howls from the left, including an Orwell-flavored protest from an advocacy group called “Free Press.” The group’s Nora Benavidez told AFP that YouTube’s “dangerous decision to immediately stop removing content… which continues to sow hate and disinformation that threatens our democracy must be reversed immediately.”   

In its announcement, YouTube said it had removed “tens of thousands” of election-related videos but that, effective immediately, the 2020 election is fair game for anyone who wants to take a shot at it. The company’s policing of election discussions began in December 2020, after the safe harbor date for state vote certifications had passed.

While it was fun engaging with them, they would always change the topic when I asked them a question they couldn’t answer and they don’t understand simple statistics, e.g., a 0:48 odds ratio being criticized as needing more samples. This is time wasting for me. If you find a legit error, I’m more than happy to admit I’m wrong and fix it. Gorski is time wasting but he has a decent h-index and is a master at deceptive content, so I keep him around because it’s always a fun challenge for me to see the techniques he uses to twist the science to make it look like he’s smart. Unfortunately, he doesn’t directly answer my questions when I point out the flaws, so he may get on my block list soon as well.

We must rid ourselves of their ABC:: Oz ABC, funded by more than a billion dollars or Australian taxpayer dollars annually, covers negative conservative news over 130 times, compared to just 20 when it is about the left.

A Voice to Steal Our Birthright?

Well, the real agenda behind his Voice referendum has finally been revealed.
Secret government documents the National Indigenous Australians Agency was forced to release under freedom of information laws say that “any Voice to Parliament should be designed so that it could support and promote a treaty-making process”1.

And what’s in the treaty?
According to these secret documents, it must include a “fixed percentage of Gross National Product. Rates/land tax/royalties”.

The documents explain:

…a Treaty could include a proper say in decision-making, the establishment of a truth commission, reparations, a financial settlement (such as seeking a percentage of GDP), the resolution of land, water and resources issues, recognition of authority and customary law…

This a direct quote from the secret Voice documents:
“Australia got a whole country for nothing, they haven’t even begun to pay for it.”
Doesn’t that just tell you everything you need to know?
But it gets worse.

According to these documents, they want to abolish the Australian flag, because “the Australian flag symbolised the injustices of colonisation”.
This is why I get so angry when Albo says this is a modest proposal.

What’s modest about forcing you to change your flag or pay a percentage of the entire economy as reparations?

Sounds like a bloody BIG change to me!
Just to be super clear, this is how their plan works:

❌They enshrine the divisive Voice in the Constitution and it’s there forever.
❌The Voice forces Australians into a “treaty”.
❌The treaty means Australians pay a percentage of the GDP – that is, a percentage of the entire nation’s economy – to the Voice … every year.
❌On top of that, Australians are forced to pay “rates/land tax/royalties” to the Voice.

This is why Albo wants you to think you’re voting on a “modest” change.
Because when Australians find out the truth, there’s no way they’d support it, let alone enshrine it in their Constitution forever..
