In an unusual moment, during a White House round-table on Antifa, Secretary of State Marco Rubio interrupted things to inform President Trump of something quite urgent. Whether a deal is really imminent or not, it still made for good theater, at the very least. Trump soon after this moment left the meeting, announcing “I have to go now to try to solve Middle East problems.”

Embarrassing: Greta Thunberg Posts About Palestinians ‘Suffering’ But Uses Photo of Emaciated Israeli Hostage Tortured By Hamas

No one has accused Swedish environmental activist turned professional anti-semite Greta Thunberg of being smart.  But her latest social media blunder is even more embarrassing than usual for the 22-year-old.

Last week, Thunberg and 500 others who took part in the ‘Aid Flotilla’ headed to Gaza were intercepted and detained by Israeli forces.

Despite the flotilla’s failure, Thunberg has kept active on social media.  On Monday, the day before the second anniversary of the October 7th Hamas terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians, Thunberg shared a post made in collaboration with other activists.

The post read, “The suffering of Palestinian prisoners is not a matter of opinion — it is a fact of cruelty and dehumanization. Humanity cannot be selective. Justice cannot have borders.”

One of the images meant to highlight the “suffering” of Palestinians was a skeletal man who clearly showed signs of torture.

The problem with Thunberg’s narrative?  The photo was of Israeli hostage Evyatar David, who has been brutalized at the hands of the very people Thunberg is championing.

In addition to starving him, Hamas also forced David to dig his own grave while they proudly filmed it.

Thunberg has not publicly addressed using David’s photo, but deleted the post without comment.

Synagogue Killer  Jihad al-Shamie Had Three Wives

Terrorist Jihad al-Shamie pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in a phone call to police during the course of last week’s Synagogue attack, counter-terror officers have now revealed.

The glacial drip of revelations about the Manchester Synagogue attack continues to be released by police, including information they had in the very first minutes of their investigation last week. Specialist counter terrorism police revealed on Wednesday that 35-year-old Syrian migrant Jihad al-Shamie had spoken to a police telephone operator in a call while the attack was actually underway, boasted he’d “killed two Jews in the name of the Islamic State”.

This telephone call took place after al-Shamie had approached the Heaton Park synagogue, been told to go away by worshippers and volunteer guards, returned with a car to run over pedestrians, and then disembarked to continue the attack with a knife. Worshippers barricaded the door of the Synagogue, and al-Shamie was found trying to stab his way through a window by police when they turned up seven minutes after the attack began.

German mayor fights for life after being repeatedly stabbed at her home as her adopted son, 15, and daughter, 17, ‘are questioned by police’

A newly elected German mayor is fighting for her life today after being repeatedly stabbed at her home – with police taking her teenage adopted son and daughter away for questioning.

The attack on Iris Stalzer, 57, mayor-elect of Herdecke near the western city of Dortmund, took place at around noon, said public broadcaster WDR. 

The politician sustained as many as 13 stab wounds, according to Westfalenpost.

That’s obviously fake news now that we know who did it….

She was discovered inside her apartment by her 15-year-old adopted son, according to German outlet Bild, with life-threatening injuries and several stabbing wounds on her stomach and back.

Police have reportedly arrested the boy, who told officers that his mother was attacked outside their home by ‘several men on the street’, the outlet said.

It added that he was taken away from the scene in handcuffs for questioning, wearing an evidence-preserving overall. 

The teenager reportedly called emergency services alongside his 17-year-old adopted sister at 12.40pm, who was present in the apartment when authorities arrived, the newspaper said.

She was also questioned in the hours following the attack, according to Der Spiegel, which reported that she had been involved in a previous case of domestic violence in the Stalzer household in the summer of this year.

The politician’s daughter had used a knife against the 57-year-old, the report said. 

Stalzer was taken to hospital by helicopter where she is receiving emergency treatment and is said to be in critical condition.

Prosecutors and police said in a joint statement their inquiry was looking into every possibility and said: ‘Close family involvement cannot be ruled out at the present time.’

She was due to take office after being elected as the mayor of Herdecke, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, only a week ago.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz condemned the attack as a ‘heinous act’ and demanded that the crime and its background ‘be swiftly clarified’.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday said he was “resolved to returning” all the Israeli hostages held by Hamas, and vowed the “total destruction” of the terrorist group in a letter to captives’ families.

Hamas’s top negotiator, Khalil al-Hayya, says the Gaza-based group does “not trust the occupation, not even for a second”, Egyptian state-linked Al Qahera News reports.

Hamas demands guarantee of full Israeli withdrawal as Gaza talks intensify

Hamas will release all the remaining Israeli hostages in exchange for a ‘serious prisoner swap’ and a full military withdrawal from Gaza, a senior official has said.
