“Teacher accuses Islamic school of racism,”

A former teacher at an Islamic school, who alleged that it taught an offensive and racist view of non-Muslims, has been awarded £70,000 by an employment tribunal after winning his case for unfair dismissal.
Colin Cook told the tribunal in Watford that pupils were taught from Arabic books that likened Jews and Christians to “monkeys” and “pigs” at The King Fahad Academy, which is funded and run by the Saudi Arabian Government.
The tribunal ruled that Mr Cook, a British Muslim, was unfairly dismissed from his £36,000-a-year post at the school in Acton, West London, in December 2006 after blowing the whistle on systematic cheating at a GCSE exam.
The panel found that the school created a “smokescreen” to try to justify his dismissal after 18 years’ unblemished service.
It awarded Mr Cook £58,800 in compensation for loss of earnings and £10,500 for injury to feelings. But it rejected his claim that the school discriminated against him on racial grounds.
Mr Cook told the hearing that after leaving the school another member of staff gave him extracts from an Arabic textbook, which encouraged students to believe that all religions other than Islam were worthless.
The books referred to “the repugnant characteristics of the Jews”. Another passage said: “Those whom God has cursed and with whom he is angry, he has turned into monkeys and pigs. They worship Satan.”
Mr Cook alleged that the books were spreading race hatred. “They should not be brought into this country and they should not be used in this country,” he said.

The school denied ever teaching any form of racial hatred and insisted that the offending passages in the books were “misinterpreted” and were never used in class. But it later got rid of the books.

This is a satirical website. None of what you read here has anything to do with Islam, because Islam is a Religion of Peace. Everybody knows that good Muslims never do the things they do, (because Allah does it for them, Quran 8:12) and we know that only our misperceptions, ignorance and stereotyping of Islam makes Muslims chop off heads, kill and rape women and children, bomb subways, buses, nightclubs and fly jets into buildings. If it wasn't for the media and da Jooozzz, we wouldn't even know its happening.
We welcome open, honest, thoughtful, and vigorous discussion in the comments threads, so do yourself a favour and don't accuse us of being 'haters' because we are loving, tolerant people. Don't curse us, don't threaten us with death or hellfire, and don't accuse us of being "just like the terrorists" because we don't do to Muslims what they do to us or to themselves. Yes, we know that only idiots oppose Islam and sensible people submit, but you should know that we are ignorant bigots, hypocrites and Islamophobes, and we prefer to remain that way...
But since you are forcing yourselves (and your abhorrent belief-system on us) we will defend ourselves, because we must. Avoid tu quoque and ad hominem attacks. Don't bother with circular reasoning either, we been there, done it. If you annoy us, you will be banned and your posts summarily deleted.
Try to add to the discussion, don't try to sell snake oil, don't try to cover us with Islamic shrouds of kitman and taqiyya, don't bother with da'awa, (we've heard it before) don't spam us with long pieces of cut & paste, write in English, try to tell the truth,
(we know that's hard for you because you are all pathological liars) but the truth will set you free, try it!
One more thing: don't think you can post here under multiple monikers. You will quickly be disappeared! The same goes for
trufers and conspiracy kooks: you get one chance, one time. Blow it out of your ass if you must; put your stupidity on display.
But you won't be back, trust me on that.
Take a deep breath before you post, try to make some sense, do not just vent, do not make a fool of yourself and if you prove us wrong you can earn 10 Islamic dollars for your piggy bank. Deal?

They really need to follow up on the ‘getting rid of the books’ because there was a case here in the USA where they got rid of the books but before they did – they xeroxed them and were using the xeroxed copies.
Our ‘leaders’ are still being fully stupid in their dealings with muslims. They haven’t learned that their ‘religion’ sanctions lying.
Muslims do indeed lie and mislead.
in the Qur’an, Allah says: “Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness (vain) in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts; and He is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing.” Surah 2:225. The principal also has support in the Qur’an 3:28 and 16:106.
Muslims are equal to hindu ‘thugee’ cult members. Both of those religions approve of ‘deceiving’. And I am sick of their defense that the passages were ‘misinterpreted’.
Great to see the racist charge stick, thats one in the eye for all those that claim islam is not racist.
Oh yes islam is racist. is a real racist religion.
Let’s hope that if there are any more cases like this the “islamophobes” will have a better chance of success. Hope it sets a precedent that will stop a lot of this persecution of patriots and people of goodwill.
