Next came gun registration. People were getting injured by guns. Hitler said that the real way to catch criminals (we still had a few) was by matching serial numbers on guns. Most citizens were law abiding and dutifully marched to the police station to register their firearms. Not long after-wards, the police said that it was best for everyone to turn in their guns. The authorities already knew who had them, so it was futile not to comply voluntarily.

No more freedom of speech. Anyone who said something against the government was taken away. We knew many people who were arrested, not only Jews, but also priests and ministers who spoke up.

Other than the fact that many Americans own guns and will not surrender them willingly, the only thing standing between the USA and a collectivist tyranny like that inflicted in the Soviet Union is the Constitution. This is why liberals are using their control of the media to brainwash people into casting it aside. Appallingly, this actually aired recently on a CBS News program:

Note that this evil creep does not suggest amendments; he wants to throw the whole thing out and leave us completely at the mercy of tyrants. The “mainstream” media gladly provides him with a soapbox to spew his seditious poison — as it has done before.

It is no exaggeration to say that the liberal establishment is as hostile to America as any foreign enemy our forefathers ever faced. This generation will either defeat it or let the Last Best Hope die an ignominious death.

The promo is great fun, but the only qualm I have is why does the author insist on us sending money for it if he thinks money won’t be worth anything? :) He could have put his book online for free. Still, it’s great fun. Maybe somebody can buy it and put it online for free anyway, and see if he sues, relying on the govt. to stay in operation long enough to win :) Naw, that wouldn’t be sporting. You can’t make a living at writing, but you can make a killing, and I don’t want to steal anybody’s dream.

But liberals take the short-cut by short-circuiting their ability to think at all (thinking is a two-step, heed the fear to discover the mistakes or problems which cause the pain one fears, in order to be able to have the hope to avoid them and so nullify the pain one fears) by blaming the fear for the pain, in order to ignore their own mistakes and avoid the problems they refuse to solve.

After all, fear and greed are not opposites – they’re the exact same thing: the fear (of pain) IS the ‘greedy’ hope (of no pain)!

Greed is only universal, objective hope still limited by subjective fear.

R_not January 31, 2013 at 11:35 pm: the one thing I have noticed about libturds/fascists is that they have nothing better to replace the Constitution with except with some disgruntling, violent crap. Of course, if they really got a taste of what they wanted back onto themselves – they would be the first to wail and whine, and try to show us their ‘owie’.
