Tommy Robinson Acquitted of ‘Terrorism’ Charge over Refusing to Give Phone Password to Police

Veteran street organiser, activist, and documentary maker Tommy Robinson has been cleared of a charge under British terrorism law over refusing to give police the access code to his mobile phone.

A British judge has acquitted Tommy Robinson, who was being prosecuted under his legal name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, of failing “to provide the PIN access code to your mobile” to a police officer, because the prosecution was unable to prove the detention of Robinson was legally undertaken in the first place.

Robinson had been stopped at the UK border last year while trying to drive to Spain. Detained under terrorism laws, officers demanded his mobile phone, and Robinson refused, stating that he worked as a journalist and had confidential information on the device and had to protect his contacts. In the end, Robinson’s journalism defence was not tried in court, but rather the whole pretext of the stop was found to be questionable, leading the judge to conclude Robinson could not be convicted of an offence.

Because the demand for the phone pin was made under terrorism law, if the prosecution had been successful, Robinson would have become a convicted terrorist and faced a lengthy prison sentence.

Democrat mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani says he will defend the rights of illegal aliens to live in New York City against President Donald Trump.

Illegal aliens have the right to leave of their own accord. The alternative is to be arrested & deported. The idea of a “sanctuary city” is absurd and offensive. It amounts to an insurrection against the nation state. Mamdani’s base of support is foreign; according to the polls, he loses among Americans born in this country. But there are native-born Americans who will vote for him — precisely because his election will be the ultimate insult to their own country.

As a New Yorker at the time, I took solace in the American flags that appeared everywhere in the city after 9/11. Now that moonbattery and mass immigration have done their work, Mamdani represents the cancelation of those flags, being a product of the vehemently anti-American DSA.

Waltz extended the invitation to the provocative rap mogul after she posted in support of President Donald Trump’s statement earlier in the day suggesting he might take military action to protect the Christians.

The media ignores the real genocide of Christians in Nigeria while fabricating one in Gaza to advance their globalist agenda of mass Islamic immigration into the West. They won’t show you the truth about Islam to prevent backlash from the native population against the influx of Muslim migrants.

Openly bragging about his success at returning to Britain after receiving thousands in taxpayer cash, one man said, “I entered through Dublin. I spent three hours in immigration.

“They called me a liar and said I wouldn’t be allowed in, but I told them I wasn’t going back to London, only visiting Ireland. They gave me a five-day visa and let me in. God knows why, haha. But my real goal was to get to London.”
