A radical Islamist cleric in Britain has reportedly called upon his followers to raise money to purchase an island in Scotland to establish a de facto Islamic State within the borders of the United Kingdom.

According to a report from the Mail on Sunday, Sheikh Yasser al-Habib, a Kuwaiti Shia cleric, is seeking to raise £3.5 million to purchase the private island of Torsa (Thor’s Island) in the Inner Herbides area of Scotland as a destination for Shias from all over the globe to migrate.

Al-Habib has allegedly said that the purpose of the purchase would be to establish a “homeland” for his Mahdi Servants Union, a Shia sect of Islam that believes that ‘Mahdi’ will appear as a messiah at the end of time to redeem Islam and establish peace and justice on Earth.

Any Iranian attack on Israel is meant to restore honor, not deterrence. 
 
Honor is not an inherent right under international law. Yet because of the ingrained honor/shame mindset of much of the Muslim world, it is being tacitly accepted even by the West as a legal reason for reprisal.

Iran pledged to attack Israel four days ago. No one i the peace-loving West is condemning them. No one is deterring them. Why the hell not?

They are claiming, laughably, that this is their right under the UN Charter as  “self defense.” It isn’t. Self defense must be in response to an armed attack on the state, which Haniyeh’s assassination was not – not a single Iranian was even hurt. Sefl defense has to be against an ongoing threat, and there is no ongoing threat from Israel unless Iran attacks. Reprisals and vengeance are not self-defense in international law. 
 
By any reasonable standard, Iran is threatening to violate international law. 

Israel Is ‘Counting the Minutes Until an Iranian Attack’

Israel is “counting the minutes until an Iranian attack,” according to Israel’s Army Radio, broadcasting at 7:00 a.m. Monday, local time.

For days, Iran has threatened retaliation for the killing of Hamas political chief Ismail Haniyeh last Wednesday in Tehran, where he was visiting for the inauguration of Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian.

Reports have indicated that American efforts to convince Iran to hold off on a large attack have fallen on deaf ears.

The Iranian regime suffered a massive blow to its prestige when Haniyeh was killed, because it highlighted the fact that Iran has poor defenses against attack, even as it uses terrorist proxies abroad to attack Israel and other enemies.

The regime is also keen to reverse the humiliation it suffered in April, when it fired some 300 projectiles at Israel, nearly all of which were intercepted, including some by the Jordanian Air Force, the U.S., and other regional allies.

“Whoever seeks to harm us will pay a very heavy price,” Netanyahu said.

Ayelet Samerano, whose 21-year-old son was murdered by Hamas on October 7, and whose body was taken to Gaza, confronted United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) chief Philippe Lazzarini during a speech Thursday.

Samerano’s son, Yonatan, was killed and his “body was seized and taken to the Gaza Strip by an UNRWA employee after he was killed by Hamas terrorists on October 7,” according to the Times of Israel. Israel has said that several UNRWA employees were involved in the October 7 attacks; that many belong to terrorist organizations, and that many applauded the attacks. Several countries suspended their funding as a result, though some have resumed it.

Lazzarini delivered a pro-Palestinian speech in the Swiss town of Lausanne on the occasion of Switzerland’s “National Day.”

But he was heckled mercilessly by Samerano, who stood up wearing a T-shirt with her son’s image on it, and the words: “UNRWA kidnapped my son! Where is he, Mr. Lazzarini?”

Lazzarini delivered the keynote address for the city of Lausanne’s National Day celebrations, and on the 300th day of the captivity of Yonatan’s body in Gaza.

The decision of Lausanne’s Socialist Party mayor Grégoire Junod to invite Lazzarini sparked outrage among many in Switzerland due to UNRWA’s ties to terror.

A new report by Fight Voter Fraud, a nonpartisan election integrity organization formed in 2018, has uncovered just under 298,000 double-registered voters across numerous states between 2016 and 2022—including thousands who double-voted as much as four times and were registered in four different states.

Worryingly, that includes critical battleground states whose voters will determine the winner of the Nov. 2024 presidential election.

Large numbers of double voters were found in swing states Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan, and Georgia.

Yet the figures are unsurprisingly highest in blue states where Democrats have dominated for decades—like New York, with 10,500 double registrations and 222 double-voters, and California, with over 36,000 double-registrations and a stunning 732 double-voters.

Democrats are barely hiding the ball regarding their intention to cheat. They have greenlit voting by the illegal aliens they import. As with the attempt on Trump’s life, they can justify this to themselves with their absurd article of faith that a man who has already been president constitutes an Existential Threat to Democracy if he is elected again. Being based on nothing more than adherence to a depraved ideology, their moral vanity will remain intact after stealing the election, even if they have to cheat and kill to do it.

Kamala Harris put her stamp of approval on the farce of an election that kept Marxist dictator Nicolás Maduro in charge of Venezuela, a formerly wealthy basket case that will serve as the template for our future if Democrats remain in power.
