The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) @who called on countries to sign its pandemic treaty in order to prepare for “Disease X” at Wednesday’s World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

W.H.O. Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus shared his hopes that the international community would reach a pandemic agreement by May to fight against this “common enemy.”

While scientists have identified several possible “high-risk” animal viruses such as bird flu, hantavirus, and monkeypox, “Disease X” is used as a placeholder to refer to a potential pathogen that could be 20 times deadlier than the coronavirus.

A November 2022 W.H.O. press release revealed that Disease X “could cause a serious international epidemic.”

In meetings held that fall, W.H.O. researchers began studying different pathogens to determine which could be the elusive Disease X in a process that includes “both scientific and public health criteria, as well as criteria related to socioeconomic impact, access, and equity.”

During the WEF summit, chaired by the organization’s founder Klaus Schwab, Ghebreyesus said that coronavirus was the first Disease X, but people should be prepared for another.

“There are things that are unknown that may happen, and anything happening is a matter of when, not if, so we need to have a placeholder for that, for the diseases we don’t know,” the health official said.

The World Health Organization announced plans to rollout a global police force that will be responsible for punishing citizens who spread non-mainstream content on the Internet.

The “Pay for Slay” fund is actually a combination of two separate funds:

1. The Palestinian Prisoners fund – this fund is used by the PA to provide terrorists imprisoned in Israel, with a monthly “salary”.
Those payments mainly depend on the time the terrorist is in jail. In 2017 for example, the payments ranged from $401-$3,438 per month (not including additional payments for the number of wives and children the terrorist has). This fund operates under the Palestinian Prisoners Law No. 19 (2004).

2. The Foundation for the Care of the Families of Martyrs – provides lifetime financing for the families of deceased/injured terrorists. As of 2017, the families received an immediate payment of $1,319, and $401 per months for a life time.
Those payments also increase depending on the residence of the “martyr”, and on how many wives and children he has.

Now, let’s dive into the bigger numbers.
Those are the total “Pay for Slay” payments (of both funds in total), the PA issued over the years:

🔸2012: $153 million, about 9.6% of the total donated foreign aid money.

🔸2013: $270.35 million, about 20% of the total donated foreign aid money.

🔸2014: $279.33 million, about 24% of the total donated foreign aid money.

🔸2015: $289.9 million, about 14.8% of the total donated foreign aid money.

🔸2016: $303-318 million, more than 29.6% of the total donated foreign aid money.

🔸2017: $344 million, about 49.6% of the total donated foreign aid money.

🔸2020: At least $181 million (as admitted by the PLO Commericial for Palestinian Prisoners’ Affairs, Qadri Abu Bakr), about 30% of the total donated foreign aid money.

The amounts listed above don’t include the salaries of “active duty” terrorists, and PA expenses for terrorists released from prison (like health insurance, tuition-free academic degrees and so on), so the actual amounts are even larger.
Also, in 2020 the Palestinian donations from Arab Muslim states was cut by 85%, which explains why the numbers dropped on that year.

You can clearly see that gigantic amounts of all the humanitarian aid donated to the Palestinians, are actually directed to financing terrorism against Israelis. Giving those people a state, would mark the beginning of the end for Israel.
