WEF says there are “solid” reasons to microchip children

In a recent article published by the World Economic Forum on augmented reality, the author argues that there are several “solid” reasons to give children microchip implants.

WEF says there are “solid” reasons to microchip children

“The limits on implants are going to be set by ethical arguments rather than scientific capacity. For example, should you implant a tracking chip in your child? There are solid, rational reasons for it, like safety. Would you actually do it? Is it a bridge too far?” the WEF’s author ponders.

Besides safety, the WEF says parents might want to microchip their children to augment their reality in the classroom to remedy attention deficit disorder by blocking off certain stimuli. However, the author says this might be better done with smart-tech rather than outright implants so that the kids can actually take off their reality-dampening impediments.

“Many children with attention deficit struggle in school. In the best case, they get special education services or classroom accommodations. However, with extra visual and audio guidance that blocks off excess stimuli, an otherwise-enabled child can cope with a standard school environment,” the WEF article reads. “And when class is over, and playtime begins, they can just take the aids off.”

Dyslexic children are another potential target for getting chipped. According to the WEF, human microchips could translate text in real-time for dyslexic people. Still, the WEF author says that dyslexia is a “personal trait,” and society as a whole must choose whether we “accept human limitations associated with learning or ageing.”

Of course, given the nature of the content and the infamy of the Forum, this article immediately generated a large degree of controversy online. Thus, the WEF has had to call on readers to help them “prevent the spread of disinformation.”

“This article has been intentionally misrepresented on sites that spread false information. Please read the piece for yourself before sharing or commenting. The World Economic Forum is committed to publishing a wide array of opinions. Misrepresenting content diminishes open conversations,” the WEF writes.

New Zealand has had enough

Thousands protest Ardern’s regime

#BREAKING: New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has DENIED claims her government intervened to block Avi Yemini from boarding a plane to Wellington on Monday as thousands sign a petition to let the Rebel News reporter in.

Jacinda Ardern DISTANCES herself from call to BAN Avi Yemini

New Zealand PM denies her government intervened to block journalist from reporting on protest

Thousands of New Zealanders have arrived at Lambton Quay in Wellington and will march to Parliament in the latest in a wave of anti-government protests to take place in the country.

Ardern yesterday told reporters at the press conference that she would not engage with protesters and said that Parliament security had bolstered defences at the site.

Roads have been closed, concrete blocks moved in, and temporary fencing installed around the ‘Beehive’ building.

Rebel News reporter Avi Yemini was sensationally denied entry to New Zealand on Monday after an Immigration official in Wellington refused to allow him into the country to report on the protest.

Independent Australian reporter Rukshan Fernando was also flagged at check-in, but eventually allowed into the country and will be covering the event for Rebel News.

The next time you hear the reef is doomed, just laugh

ANDREW BOLT: This Great Barrier Reef discovery has taught a vital lesson to trust nothing the global warming industry says about the “climate crisis”.

I have been having fun comparing reef-doomsayers with monsters from the Harry Potter fairy tales. Have you noticed how the science institutions are saying the 2022 record high coral is still bad? Too much of the wrong sort of coral apparently. I first thought they were like dementors – creatures who suck the joy out of life and make you feel hopeless and in despair.
.
Then my daughter pointed out that Harry Potter prepared for tackling dementors by practicing on Boggarts. Boggarts are an amorphous creature that appears as the thing you fear most – for Harry this was a dementor.
.
I think these doomsayers are not fearsome, like dementors. With record high coral they now look pathetic when they cling to the line that the reef is doomed. They are just Boggarts, who are easily dealt with by making them laughable – the spell is apparently Riddikulus – yep, that is the JK Rowling spelling.
.
I wrote about this in an article for The Spectator – see link below for some fun.
In a nutshell, the institutions are trying to say there is now too much plate and staghorn coral (like that in the picture) which is very delicate and susceptible to bleaching. They seem to forget that they have been telling us that the reef has just had four unprecedented destructive bleaching events in just six years – so how come this coral which is supposedly susceptible to bleaching is now at record levels? The answer is obvious – very little was killed by bleaching. There was not massive coral death, there was massive exaggeration.
.
Also, in 2018, they were saying there was not enough of this type coral.
“Fast-growing staghorn and tabular [plate] corals suffered a catastrophic die-off, transforming the three dimensionality and ecological functioning [of the reef and]. . . . changing [the reef] forever as the intensity of global warming continues to escalate”
.
One wishes they’d make up their mind. But it proves that it does not matter how good the reef is, the Boggarts, who are pretending to be dementors, will try to scare us with their doom.
.
So next time you hear the reef is doomed, just laugh at the Boggarts. And say the magic spell. Riddikulus.
.
We might even hope that they will look to far deeper scripture than the Harry Potter fairy tales and read about truthfulness, that it is wrong to scare people without a good reason, and that sometimes we have to admit mistakes.

One year after the fall of Kabul: Talibandits rattle the begging bowl

With this week marking a grim one-year anniversary of the Taliban takeover of Kabul, ending more than two decades of US and coalition occupation of the country in (now failed) attempts to prop up a national government, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday the White House will not release any of the $7 billion in Afghan central bank reserves still being held by the US.

Prior talks with Taliban officials who sought to get the funds released as the population faces hunger and a post-war collapsed economy have also been suspended. Biden administration officials cited that a key factor in the decision to block funds indefinitely was that al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri was found to be living safely in Kabul. That is, until a CIA drone strike which reportedly killed the notorious al-Qaeda leader on July 31.

However, it was revealed in the aftermath that the US has no DNA evidence or body proving that it was Zawahiri that was killed in the strike. The strong suggestion is of course that the Taliban allowed the AQ leader to take up residence in the Afghan capital soon after the US force withdrawal.

50,000 March in Protest Against Pride Parade in Belgrade, Serbia

ROME — Some fifty thousand protesters took to the streets of the Serbian capital of Belgrade on Sunday, calling for the cancellation of an upcoming EuroPride event scheduled for September 12-18.

Chanting slogans such as “Hands off our children!” and “Stop the parade of shame!” Belgrade residents rallied in support of traditional family values and against LGBT indoctrination, media reported:

EuroPride, a multi-day event sponsored by the LGBT community, is hosted by a different European city each year, last year’s having taken place in Copenhagen, Denmark.

According to EuroPride organizers, Belgrade will be the first city in Southeast Europe and the first outside the EEA (European Economic Area) to host a major event for the European LGBT community.

Wakademic Tosspot Converts to Islam, Returns to Afghanistan to Praise Regime

What a POS.

Australian academic Timothy Weeks, once held captive by the Taliban, praises regime on return to Afghanistan

An Australian academic previously held hostage by the Taliban has returned to Afghanistan to “celebrate” the regime’s one year in power.

In 2016, Timothy Weeks was a teacher at the American University in Kabul when he, along with his US colleague Kevin King, were abducted at gunpoint and held hostage for three years.

While locked up, the Taliban released videos of the captives, showing them pale and gaunt.

In one of the videos, Mr Weeks pleaded with then-Australian prime minister Malcolm Turnbull to negotiate his release.

A prisoner-swap deal was made in 2019that saw the two men released in exchange for three Taliban prisoners, including Anas Haqqani, who is today a high-ranking Taliban commander.

After his release, the Australian teacher converted to Islam and has previously praised the work of the Taliban.

He has also changed his name to Muad Jibra’il Omar Suraqah Khalid Barr.

Touching down in Kabul just days ago, he again reiterated his support for the regime.

“I came here with a dream to learn about Afghanistan and now I’m coming again to complete my journey, this is the part two of my journey,” he said

“I am also coming to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the governments of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, who I have stood behind.”
