One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson claims Channel Nine would be “bloody stupid” to sack Karl Stefanovic. “They’re bloody stupid to do it,” Ms Hanson told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “They’ve gone so far to the left, Channel Nine; they’re making a big mistake.”
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has issued a warning after being questioned on Karl Stefanovic’s imminent sacking by Nine over his Tommy Robinson podcast.
Anthony Albanese has weighed into the Karl Stefanovic controversy, suggesting the broadcaster had strayed too far from the mainstream.
Nine is expected to drop Today show host Stefanovic imminently after the presenter received widespread criticism for interviewing UK far-right activist Tommy Robinson.
Speaking at a Committee for Economic Development of Australia event at Parliament House on Thursday, Mr Albanese said he would not directly comment on the drama engulfing the network.
However, the Prime Minister, who appeared on The Karl Stefanovic Show earlier this year, did have a warning for media personalities like Stefanovic.
“Look at what’s happened,” the Prime Minister said.
“You go down that road and you go further and further out on the edges of what is mainstream political debate in this country, and you know, I think that can have an impact.”

The Rape Crisis organization, designed to help and ‘believe’ rape victims, completely invalidates their experiences by calling their testimonies ‘unhelpful’ and ‘irresponsible.’
When Jen was 17, she was introduced to a gang of Iraqi Kurdish Muslim men who called her and other girls “white trash” and “English pig‑dogs” while they raped and trafficked them across the U.K. to rape gang ”parties.”
Jen decided to speak up in the Rape Gang Inquiry Report “so that religiously-motivated coercive abuse is properly recognized and confronted, even when doing so is politically, culturally, or socially controversial.”
In response, Rape Crisis England and Wales, a U.K. “feminist” social services organization “working to end sexual violence and abuse,” released a statement calling the report racist for pointing out that 95% of the gang members are Muslim and exploited girls because they were white.
“It is unhelpful and irresponsible to attribute sexual violence and abuse perpetration uniquely to specific races, ethnicities or religions,” the organization states. “Framing the issue squarely in terms of immigration undermines joined-up, community-based responses to tackling misogyny and rape culture.”
The organization highlights how much they “commend the courage of the survivors who shared their horrific experiences” and how important it is for victims to be “believed and supported.” The organization even has an anti-racism statement where they explain, “just as sexual violence and misogyny are a continuum, we also know that racist violence is too.”
Yet, when rape survivors notice they are victims of racism at the hands of an ideology that views white women as property, the organization releases a statement condemning the report for being hateful towards Muslims. Two stories here
There is a rising trend of Europeans standing up to defend their country.
A Sudanese asylum seeker was arrested on June 9, 2026, for an attempted beheading. Video showed the attacker straddling the victim, repeatedly stabbing him in the head before drawing the knife across his neck, as bystanders screamed, “He’s trying to cut his head off.”
Protests later spread to Southampton, England, where demonstrators gathered outside a hotel housing asylum seekers carrying signs reading, “Illegal Migration Is Destroying Our Civilisation.” Democratic Unionist Party leader Gavin Robinson called on authorities to curb “uncontrolled immigration.”
Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch said she was “absolutely horrified” by the attack and questioned whether the suspect “should not have been in our country.” The unrest is part of a rising trend of Europeans standing up to defend their country. HOPE not hate tracked at least 251 anti-migrant protest events across 77 UK locations between June and December 2025 alone, a wave that has continued into 2026.
Across the UK, conservatives are angry over their government’s handling of asylum seekers, as ministers press ahead with plans to move thousands of migrants out of hotels and into flats, bedsits, and houses in residential neighborhoods across the country, even as Channel crossings by small boat continue.
