President Donald Trump’s announcement on Friday afternoon that the United States will have permanent security rights over Greenland is yet another vindication of his ability to deliver results for the American people.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote in part:

At my direction, we worked with representatives of Denmark and Greenland to guarantee that the United States will FOREVER have the complete ability to do what is necessary in Greenland in order to secure and defend the security of Greenland, and the United States of America. Additionally, from now on, no U.S. adversary can EVER have a base in Greenland, have a military presence in Greenland, or make sensitive investments in Greenland, without our express written approval.

Dating back to his first term, Trump stressed the importance of Greenland as it related to Arctic security, and the matter remained a priority when he returned to the White House in 2025.

Trump continued, saying that the U.S. will “immediately begin the process of developing a large Military presence in the appropriate part of Greenland, of which there are many.”

In January 2026, Trump said a long-term deal was in the works, and at that time, many in corporate media did not believe him.

In her State of the Union speech, European Commission President Von Der Leyen summarized that the European Union is stronger than ever, but that the state of the Union is also as precarious as it has ever been.

Speeding up the overhaul of the Single Market is an imperative in this context. She acknowledged that the European Union is under attack, both economically and physically: “hybrid threats facing Europe are less and less hybrid and less and less threats.

Trump called Canada’s associate membership “laughable,” before adding that he might consider it a “hostile act” if the EU approves this…

The European Commission is increasingly aware of the interconnectedness of different themes and challenges –e.g., industrial policy, energy security, defense, and capital markets– that must be overcome to face these attacks. And, as Von der Leyen noted, this requires more alignment within the bloc. The Commission can achieve only so much without the support from, and complimentary actions by, the member states.

US Bans Palestinian Authority President From Attending UN, But Admits Iranians

The Palestinian Authority’s (PA) foreign ministry on Thursday condemned the US decision to bar Palestinian officials from attending the UN General Assembly for a second year in a row.

The US has denied Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas a visa to attend the UN General Assembly in New York next week, repeating a move that drew widespread criticism last year.

In a statement on Wednesday, the US State Department said it would extend visa restrictions to members of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and officials with the Palestinian Authority (PA).

The Palestinian foreign ministry condemned the decision as an “unjustified measure that contradicts efforts to restore confidence, develop Palestinian-American relations, and create the necessary political climate for implementing the two-state solution and achieving peace and stability in the region”.

The State Department said it was extending the restrictions on PA officials as “a consequence of their failure to reform, contrary to their commitments to the United States, and their ongoing activities that undermine the prospects for peace”. Abbas is among those barred from entering the US for the gathering.

AI Hysteria Ginned Up to Establish Control by Globalist Moonbats

Researchers at Anthropic have been shrieking that AI might kill us all. No worries; they have a solution: tight control by globalist moonbats.

The New York Post reports:

In a bombshell essay titled “We Must Pace the Frontier,”[Anthropic CEO Dario] Amodei argued that leading AI firms should commit to allowing “embedded third-party evaluators” from a nonprofit called Model Evaluation and Threat Research, or METR, that would maintain “employee-like access” to oversee safety efforts and ensure advanced AI models don’t turn Terminator and wipe out humanity.

The would-be John Connors at METR purport to be fully independent, but the group traces its roots directly back to key figures in Effective Altruism, whose Silicon Valley-based devotees once included disgraced crypto boss Sam Bankman-Fried, one of Anthropic’s biggest early investors.

Bankman-Fried is not only a convicted conman but a moonbat. Not long ago, he was one of the two top donors to the Democratic Party, second only to the sinister George Soros.

Effective Altruism, a philosophy that’s become popular with Silicon Valley masters of the universe, advocates for using reason — and fortunes amassed by tech’s best and brightest — to do the most good for humanity over the long term.

Who determines what is best for humanity over the long term? Not us.

Effective Altruism’s obsessed adherents believe in funneling their wealth toward the goals they view as most important to humanity, including climate change and strict AI regulation.

That’s where AI really might get scary. What if it is programmed to believe in liberal ideology? Deep down, humans all know it is B.S., but do machines? What if AI decides to save the planet by preventing us from producing supposedly harmful carbon emissions once and for all?

A willfully gullible Gates thinks the ChiCommies will participate in the great struggle to hold back AI, rather than take advantage of liberal hyperregulation to race ahead in its development. That would have disastrous consequences.

Yet they have continued attacking, while Saudi-backed forces have now lost the strategic port of Mocha, roughly 80 km from Bab al-Mandab.

The Islamic Republic is now texting Iranians to come learn how to fight because its existing military and Basij structures are no longer enough to project strength. The new “Janfada” mobilization is moving from propaganda into training, with the Islamic Republic announcing plans for 1,000 so-called national resistance battalions and mass-texting people about military and relief training.

The Islamic Republic’s police chief just threatened Iranians with another massacre on state TV: “Our finger is on the trigger.”

Ahmadreza Radan called protesters “homeland-sellers” and “enemies,” warning they would be dealt with “firmly.” He then put the police alongside the IRGC, Army and Basij, declaring that all have their fingers on the trigger.

Iran’s top security official warned President Donald Trump on Monday that the strategic balance around the region’s critical waterways has changed, ruling out negotiations until Tehran’s sweeping conditions are met and declaring that American “damage control won’t stop what’s coming.”

“Don’t get distracted by the U.S. president’s mixed signals — from ‘no negotiations’ to ‘we’re ready to talk,’” Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s powerful Supreme National Security Council, wrote on X.

“The stakes around oil and the straits have changed. Damage control won’t stop what’s coming,” he continued.

According to a report by veteran journalist Danny Zaken in “Israel Hayom” – Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has reportedly approached several Middle Eastern countries for help against the Houthis — including an indirect request to Israel for intelligence and other assistance.

According to regional diplomatic sources, Riyadh contacted other Gulf states and Egypt directly, while the request to Israel was reportedly conveyed through US Central Command. The goal: help prevent the Houthis from threatening or closing the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
