Lockheed Martin, one of the biggest defense contractors in America, is about to shell out almost $30 million to settle federal allegations that its DEI program discriminated against white employees. And the allegations involved extra pay, promotions, and other opportunities at work that white people were excluded from because of the color of their skin.
That’s called racism.
