Muslims Defend Pam Geller’s Right To Hate

Slick and smarmy as Muslim agitprop Dean Obeidallah can be. Of course he doesn’t ‘defend’ Geller’s right to free expression, but he tries not give us the impression that he is a primitive savage:

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that some Muslims aren’t offended by the idea of Geller offering $10,000 for people to draw despicable cartoons of Mohammed.  But the reality is American Muslims deeply value freedom of expression.

The crap he writes is lame and drips with taqiyya:

I, along with Muslims across America, are hoping and even praying the two gunmen involved in this shooting were not Muslim.  But if it turns they were, I can assure you that Muslim American community and religious leaders will swiftly denounce it as well as make it clear that we absolutely defend freedom of expression.

Their denouncing is even cheaper than  their lies.

Corrections Victoria had concerns that some of the eight men jailed in the state had not addressed the rationale for their beliefs and were at risk of reoffending, but it had no way of stopping their release.

Convicted terror plotters who are now linked to Islamic State were released from prison after serving their minimum sentences, despite authorities fearing they remained at risk of extremism, because of a federal law that granted automatic parole.

The members of Abdul Nacer Benbrika’s terror cell, uncovered during Operation Pendennis in 2005, included Khaled Sharrouf, whose barbarity as an Islamic State enforcer has led to global notoriety, and Melbourne men who are suspected of recruiting Australians for the jihadi group.

But because the men were all sentenced to less than 10 years’ prison, they were automatically released on parole, under a federal law that was scrapped in 2012.

The Andrews Labor Government has allocated $25 million over four years to develop a whole of community approach to enhance social cohesion and community resilience to counter all forms of violent extremism.

“All forms of violent extremism”? How many exactly do we face?

Only one comes to mind, but this press release dare not speak its name:

….to address social cohesion, community resilience, marginalisation and extremism …  a particular focus on youth involvement …  in partnership with community groups …  support communities …  may lead to individual and community disengagement, anti-social behaviour and extremism … those at risk of marginalisation …  addressing marginalisation and extremism … tackling violent extremism is essential, particularly when it comes to engaging younger Victorians. 

How can a deradicalisation program work when it is aimed at no one in particular?

Just to underline the intellectual dishonesty, the only mention of Islam in the entire press release suggests Muslims are not offenders but victims:

The Taskforce will also look at ways to combat racism and bigotry, with a focus on addressing anti-Semitism and Islamophobia.

That Andrews government can just about go and f*kc itself. This is incompetence and submission to Islam on steroids. (SY)

Islamic criminal lawyer Adam Houda is profiled by the Sydney Morning Herald:

His anti-Israel and anti-US rants are regular and vociferous: “Special place in hell for Nazi-Israel” (August 5, 2014). “USA and Israel, the world’s two leading terrorist states” (December 12, 2014). “EVIL PIGS: Israeli forces shoot 5 year old boy in the face” (December 26, 2014). “On the issue of terrorism & barbarity, the IS are absolute amateurs compared to Israel” (January 4, 2015)…

The conversation moves on to Mohamed Elomar and Khaled Sharrouf, now in the Middle East fighting with IS. I ask him how he found them as clients. “I know them to be good guys,” he says. “If you speak to [Elomar’s] family, he succumbed to [schizophrenic Sharrouf’s] madness.”…

Houda insists that Sharrouf was “driven by what he saw as great injustices occurring in the Middle East, by evil dictators who were supported by America and its allies. Granted, he’s gone about things the wrong way, but if you had the opportunity to discuss these issues with Sharrouf, I think you’d be impressed by his sincerity.” 

I find this kind of venting extremely worrying, not least because it is mainstreaming.

Or are we supposed to believe that Houda is just part of a tiny, unrepresentative minority?

A COUNCIL says it cannot and should not stop a controversial Islamic group linked to counter-terrorism operations from meeting inside a council-owned leisure centre in Melbourne’s southeast.

The Al-Furqan Islamic Information Centre closed its Springvale South doors just days after its associates were arrested in an alleged plot to murder police on Anzac Day.

From the very same council:

Greater Dandenong Council ...  called on women to wear the Islamic headdress for three hours today as part of a “social experiment” for National Youth Week.

If the council cracked down on Islamist groups there might be less fear of Islam.

We are to blame if Muslims are angry and  blow us up.  After the  foiled Islamic terrorist attack in Oberursel a Wiesbaden mosque association has called for more political participation by Muslims.

Muslims need  political participation and accommodation, so  that they don’t drift into radical circles, said the Islamic Cultural Association Imam Hossein (photo) on Saturday. He runs a mosque in the city. “Politicians must not only react if it’s too late, but must cooperate with Muslims on an equal footing,” it says in the statement. Randa Abdel-Fattah, award-winning author and former lawyer:

Islamophobia in Australia is too often countered with logical and factual arguments – it’s not the right approach.

Randa Abdel-Fattah‘s CV includes highlights like anti-Israel student activist, mouthpiece for the Victorian chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood, litigation lawyer and Islamist activist-writer. Needless to say she is a celebrated darling of the ABC/SBS gravy train.

In a recent opinion piece on Al Jazeera, in which she conflates racism, colonialism and halal certification rackets, Randa has the following to say to the people who shelter, feed and educate her ilk:

“All this because we refuse to acknowledge that we are a nation born via caesarean section. We cut open the centre of our indigenous body and forced forth a nation that continues to deny the brutal, racial nature of its very conception and birth.”

“Worse, we have never cut the umbilical chord of racism. It is wrapped around our collective necks and is slowly suffocating the lives first and foremost of indigenous Australians, and, then, the non-Anglo minorities of whom Muslims are, at the present time, the pre-eminent devil folk.”

Every society has its parasites. Like everything in nature even these organisms have a useful function. In creating her following, Randa enables us to see clearly where others stand.

The question is whether we celebrate the Randas in our society, or rather call them out for what they are. People like Randa have learned how to take advantage of what our free Western society has to offer, while following the MB strategy of civilizational jihad to destroy our “miserable house from within”. This narrative must be exposed time and again.
