Brexit leader and Reform UK leader Nigel Farage said the Iranian embassy in London had been “just a whisker away” from calling for the establishment of a paramilitary in Britain and that this shouldn’t be tolerated.

Speaking in response to the knife attack rampage that may have seen three people injured, including two in prominent Jewish neighbourhood Golders Green on Wednesday, Nigel Farage cited the recent call by the Iranian embassy in London for people in Britain to be prepared to martyr themselves for Tehran.

Farage said: “I find it extraordinary that the Iranian embassy can put out, just a few days ago, a call that is just a whisker away from advocating for setting up of a paramilitary organisation within this country. And what has happened thus far? The ambassador has been summoned for a cup of tea. Frankly if we mean it, we should expel the ambassador and say we will never have embassies in our country encouraging this kind of behaviour.”

Air defences in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have intercepted missiles and incoming drone attacks from Iran.

The UAE Ministry of Defence said late on Monday afternoon that it was intercepting ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones across the country. It later reported that three missiles had been intercepted, with a fourth falling into the sea.

The strikes came as tension in the Gulf increased, with efforts to extend the ceasefire in the United States-Israeli war on Iran having failed to make a breakthrough, and rhetoric remaining elevated on both sides as they face off regarding the blockades in the Strait of Hormuz.

A senior Iranian military official said later on state TV that “Iran had no plans to target the UAE”.

Canadians are about to speed run this lesson after Prime Minister Mark Carney’s “new strategic partnership” formed with China early this year.   The announcement has been heralded as a pragmatic reset in Canada-China relations after years of tensions, aimed at diversifying Canada’s trade amid U.S. tariffs under Trump.  The goals of the deal include increased bilateral trade, agricultural agreements, currency swaps and energy exports. 

The problem is, Carney also wants Canada to maintain its relationship with Taiwan, which the CCP views as a violation of their “One China” policy.  Not surprisingly, China is already using their newfound economic leverage to pressure Canada to submit to their demands on Taiwan. On Friday state media reported a mass casualty event involving Iranian military members due to unexploded bombs.

“An explosion of leftover bombs from strikes during the war against Iran killed 14 members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Iranian media reports,” AFP reports based on state media.


The Trump administration is finally putting America first on immigration. New guidance means foreigners who cheer for Hamas, trash the U.S. flag, or stir up anti-Jewish chaos on college campuses can be denied green cards outright.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is leading the charge.

Trump says US to help free up ships in Strait of Hormuz starting Monday morning

The US president has posted on Truth Social to announce that ships blocked in the Strait of Hormuz will be freed up on Monday morning.

Trump reportedly told Israeli media outlet Kan News that he has studied the new proposal from Iran and found it “unacceptable.”

  • Iran’s government spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei says the United States has responded to its 14-point plan to find a permanent end to the war, and that it is reviewing that response.
  • US President Donald Trump, in comments to Israeli media, said that the proposal is “unacceptable”.
  • The plan calls for non-aggression guarantees, lifting of the US naval blockade and an end to the war “on all fronts“, including in Lebanon.
  • Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it set a 30-day deadline for the US military to end its blockade of ports, adding that Trump “must choose between an impossible military operation or a bad deal”.

These are not serious demands. Iran is in no position to make demands.

Trump must finish the job. A regime like the Iranian cannot be allowed to exist anywhere on the planet.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards on Sunday said the United States faced a choice between an “impossible” military operation or a deal with Tehran, after President Donald Trump disparaged Iran’s latest peace proposal.

Speaking to Sky News host Chris Kenny, Ms Hanson said the interim report was “pathetic” and that she did not “hold any hopes” for the final instalment.

Ms Hanson said “Islamists” were referred to only a handful of times in the 159-page report, while the “gun issue” was mentioned at least 100 times.

In the nine unclassified recommendations, the National Gun Buyback Scheme is mentioned, but Islamic extremism is not.

Ms Hanson said Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was not addressing the “elephant in the room” – Islamic terrorism and the ideology behind the terror attack at Bondi, and why it happened in Australia.
