Do not fear Muslims, report says

The “Two Solitudes” of French and English have been replaced in Quebec by “deux inquietudes” — the twin anxieties of the majority and the new minorities, according to a much-anticipated report on reasonable accommodation.

French-Canadians, a “strong ethnocultural majority,” fear being submerged by minorities who are “fragile and worried about the future,” says the report.

The French-Canadian majority in Quebec must shake off its angst about minorities and help build a truly open society in a globalized world, says the report.

The report recommends that people in Quebec learn more English — even becoming trilingual — be nicer to Muslims and get better informed.

“In this day and age of migratory mixing, of the Internet and globalization, it is to be greatly hoped that the largest number possible of Quebecers master English in addition to French,” says the report.

It adds, “The way to overcome Islamophobia is to get closer to Muslims, not to run away from them. Mistrust breeds mistrust. Just like fear, it winds up feeding on itself.”

Sydney police raids home of “traditional Muslim who was quiet, friendly and respectful”

COUNTER-TERRORIST police raided two homes in Sydney early yesterday, with more than 100 officers involved in the operation.

“We never had such a beautiful mosque in our village,” said 81-year-old Leb Sen, a toothless village elder with a wrinkled face. “The young people said to me that I am very lucky to live long enough to see one now.”

Flashing a broad grin, Leb Sen brought his palms together and bowed repeatedly in gratitude toward his American donors — Alan Lightman, his wife, Jean Greenblatt Lightman, and their daughter, Elyse.

Alan Lightman, a 59-year-old humanities professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said building the mosque was not part of his family’s original plan to improve education in the village, about 44 miles northwest of the capital, Phnom Penh.

“It’s too much to comprehend. We never imagined that we would build a mosque in a remote village in Cambodia,” said Lightman, author of the best-selling novel “Einstein’s Dreams.”

“It was so strange for us to be there … halfway across the planet, and it’s a religion that’s far from our religion,” he said.

Andrew Bostom’s new book, The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism, is a historic work. It is a complete encyclopedia of both the doctrine and practice of Islamic Jew hatred. Jew hatred is Bostom’s usage and it is accurate. The word anti-Semitic refers to the Semitic language group, which includes both Arabic and Hebrew. No one hates the Hebrew language, so the term is a misnomer.

Then when Mohammed moved to Medina, he found a town that was half Jewish, unlike Mecca, and the Jews did something that they would not repeat over the next 1400 years. The Jews stood up to Mohammed and denied his Koran.  When Mohammed could not persuade the Jews of his prophet-hood, he showed the world that the sword is mightier than the Jewish pen.

Hitler was a student of Islamic Jew hatred, but Mohammed was the master. Jews are still found in Germany, but not a single one is in Arabia.

All of this accounting is taken from Islam’s sacred texts; the actual source material doctrine of Islam found in the Koran, Sira and Hadith.

Muslim groups fear the hijab ban will be extended to include all public employees. The DPP is not happy with the ban including anything but a Muslim veil. I will try to update this article with the various responses.

Judges in the nation’s courts will be banned from wearing headscarves and other religious apparel under a proposal put forward by the government on Wednesday.

The bill, which also stated that judges in all courts would be required to wear robes, has the support of a vast majority in parliament, including the Social Democrats, the largest opposition party

Islam, that Religion of Peace is neither peaceful nor willing to be a part of the United States. In 75% of mosques today here in the United States there are books, pamphlets and teachings that call for the violent overthrow of the US government and call for the establishment of Shar’ia law instead. Not one or two, but in 75%. This is in clear violation of the US Constitution:

Yet the Congress, Justice Department and Local Authorities do nothing! They claim that Islam is a religion and protected under the First Amendment.

Islam is a religion and the religion is protected under the First Amendment. But mosques also get tax exemptions. For said tax exemptions they cannot promote or endorse a candidate for office (something the Trinity Church of Christ did when they endorsed Barack Hussein Obama), or seek the overthrow of the US Government.

Mosques in America seek to overthrow the Constitution in favor of Shar’ia Law. The publications they print, they cry it from the pulpit. They raise money for Jihad here in the US and abroad.

Yet they are not brought to task under existing US Law. Why? What is the government so afraid of? Why won’t the government even investigate.
