In what can only be described as a sinister etched pattern comes yet another incident of a muslim gang attacking a lone victim. The attack took place in the East End of London. An area once known for its tough but “heart of gold” indigenous British Londoners who inspired the long running TV show by the same name.

Under the banner of multiculturalism and diversity and aided by the actively pro-muslim immigration Labour government, the East End of London, particularly the Tower Hamlets area, is growing into a bastion of Islam with narry a traditional London “barrow boy” to be found. What you will find are burkas and expanding no-go areas where twice in the recent past two Christian priests, Canon Michael Ainsworth and Reverend Kevin Scully were brutally attacked by muslim gangs. (note that another good samaritan who tried to help one of the priest was also given a beating). Both were attacked for being Christian in what the muslim thugs believe should only be a muslim area. These attacks prompted well known authors, Melanie Phillips, to write Jihad in Londonistan. and Christopher Hitchens to say that London is now a breeding ground for Jihadists.

In this latest case a good samaritan came to the aid of an 18 year old girl who was under threat from one of the gang members. So did the muslim man solely attack the samaritan. NO! True to form the cowardly thug called up his gang pals so that the six of them could chase and stab the passer-by. The man, who valiantly try to help a young woman in distress, was then vicously stabbed by the gang in the neck, chest back and arm.– “Police are looking for six Asian men. One was described as having gold teeth, wearing a grey tracksuit and was driving a blue Nissan.”

Sadly, the samaritan need not expect too much justice from the politically correctness worshipping, foppish British judicial system that just today was shown to hand out milquetoast soft sentences to convicted murderers, terrorists and other lawbreakers. Or where the license funded BBC places a victims pro indigenous British political affiliation as a reason for being murdered by a muslim killer – (with the bias extending to today’s headline).

And what about the East End of London?  Well we know that the muslim councillors in the Tower Hamlets area have already tried to impose Ramadan fasting rules on non muslim councillors. And that £1.3 million ($2.5 million) ” has just been allocated over the next three years to help Tower Hamlets council deal with extremism and get disparate communities back into mainstream society.”

But with plans for six skyscrapers recently submitted to the Tower Hamlets planning commission that will include “four courtyard buildings of five to 10 storeys each and six towers reaching up 22 to 28 storeys, housing 822 flats” -(undoubtedly to be filled up with more muslims)  there is little hope for the dwindling numbers of indigenous British who are toughing it out in East End London.

In a large balcony above the beautiful main hall at Regent’s Park Mosque in London – widely considered the most important mosque in Britain – I am filming undercover as the woman preacher gives her talk. […]

Adulterers, she says, are to be stoned to death – and as for homosexuals, and women who “make themselves like a man, a woman like a man … the punishment is kill, kill them, throw them from the highest place”.

These punishments, the preacher says, are to be implemented in a future Islamic state. “This is not to tell you to start killing people,” she continues. “There must be a Muslim leader, when the Muslim army becomes stronger, when Islam has grown enough.”

A young female student from the group interrupts her: the punishment should also be to stone the homosexuals to death, once they have been thrown from a high place.

These are teachings I never expected to hear inside Regent’s Park Mosque, which is supposedly committed to interfaith dialogue and moderation, and was set up more than 60 years ago, to represent British Muslims to the Government. And many of those listening were teenage British girls or, even more disturbingly, young children.

My investigation for Channel 4’s Dispatches came after last year’s Undercover Mosque, which investigated claims that teachings of intolerance and fundamentalism were spreading through Britain’s mosques from the Saudi Arabian religious establishment – which is closely linked to the Saudi Arabian government. In response, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia denied it was spreading intolerance, while Regent’s Park Mosque, which featured in the film, urged all mosques to be “vigilant” and monitor what was taught on their premises. […]

The mosque is meant to promote moderation and integration. But although the circle does preach against terrorism and does not incite Muslims to break British laws, it teaches Muslims to “keep away” and segregate themselves from disbelievers: “Islam is keeping away from disbelief and from the disbelievers, the people who disbelieve.”

Friendship with non-Muslims is discouraged because “loyalty is only to the Muslim, not to the kaffir [disbeliever]”.

A woman who was friendly with a non-Muslim woman was heavily criticised: “It’s part of Islam, of the correct belief, that you love those who love Allah and that you hate those who hate Allah.”

One preacher even says Muslims shouldn’t live in Britain at all: “It is not befitting for Muslims that he should reside in the land of evil, the land of the kuffaar, the land of the disbelievers.”

Another, Um Saleem, says Muslims should not take British citizenship as their loyalty is to Allah.

“Some conditions can take you into disbelief, to take the British citizenship, whether you like it or not, for these people, you are selling your religion, it’s a very serious thing, it is not allowed to give allegiance to other than Allah.”

Their teachings shocked me. This was not the Islam that I and many other Muslims in the UK were taught as youngsters, nor is it a version that most Muslims follow.

It’s always the Tiny Minority of Extremists, which keeps cropping up in so many places, in spite of being so very tiny.

One preacher said of Christians praying in a church: “What are these people doing in there, these things are so vile, what they say with their tongues is so vile and disgusting, it’s an abomination.” As for the concept of interfaith live-and-let-live: “This is false. It does not work. This concept is a lie, it is fake, and it is a farce.” […]

Um Saleem later told me that her comments that Muslims could not take British citizenship were “erroneous” and indeed apologised for them. As for comments that Muslims cannot live in a non-Muslim country, she agreed that the language used was “inappropriate”. She continued: “Whilst it is recommended for a Muslim to migrate to a Muslim country, it is not obligatory.”

She added: “We are not blind followers of any government or any ‘clerics’. We do criticise other religions, just as other religions criticise Islam…we encourage integration into society.”

However, she stood by some of her other claims, stating that the rulings that women could not travel alone, and could not work if it conflicted with religious requirements, were “totally justified by Islamic texts”.

“You may regard these juristic and textual rulings as ‘extreme restrictions’,” she said. “But we see them as our way of life and a liberation of the soul.”

Dr Al Dubayan said they would be removed pending an investigation, but I found the same fundamentalist preachers’ works still openly displayed and sold there. DVDs preaching that disbelievers are “evil, wicked, mischievous people … they do the most evil, filthy things”; that men are in charge of women and should control them.

One speaker says of the Jews: “Their time will come, like every other evil person’s time will come.” Another speech, this time by Sheikh Khalid Yasin, who learned Arabic in Saudi Arabia, praised the deterrent effect of sharia law: “Then people can see, people without hands, people can see in public heads rolling down the street, people got [sic] their hands and feet from opposite sides chopped off and they see them crucified…they see people put up against the pole and see them get lashed in public they see it, and because they see it, it acts as a deterrent for them because they say I don’t want that to happen to me.”

Sheikh Yasin responded to me that his comments should be considered in context. He said he did not support or promote Saudi Arabian government policy or religious rhetoric, and said capital punishments were carried out by many states and governments. “The lecture was aimed at reforming the Muslim people, the Muslim society and the Muslim world … to be adjudicated by the Sovereign Islamic State” when one exists.

Jeffrey Imm: UK: New Documentary to Show Growing Islamic Supremacism in Mosques

Jeffrey Imm of the Anti-Jihad League of America, a longtime friend of Jihad Watch (whom I thank for links on practically a daily basis), here provides a report on ongoing jihadist activity in British mosques:

The UK’s Security Service MI-5 report recently leaked to the UK Guardian newspaper is reported to show that “there is no single pathway to violent extremism” and “there is evidence that a well-established religious identity actually protects against violent radicalisation.”However, a new documentary “Undercover Mosques: The Return” by UK’s Channel 4 is to be broadcast on September 1 that shows Islamic supremacists promoting such radicalism directly in British mosques: “Channel 4 announces return of Undercover Mosque,” by Tara Conlan for the Guardian, August 22:

In the new documentary, a female reporter attends prayer meetings at an important British mosque which claims to be dedicated to moderation and “dialogue with other faiths”.According to Channel 4, “she secretly films sermons given to the women-only congregation in which female preachers recite extremist and intolerant beliefs”.

In one scene, as hundreds of women and some children come to pray, a preacher calls for adulterers, homosexuals, women who act like men and Muslim converts to other faiths to be killed, saying: “Kill him, kill him. You have to kill him, you understand. This is Islam.”

Channel 4 also said that in the same mosque, “the reporter visits the bookshop and discovers books and DVDs still on sale, promoting extremist, anti-Semitic, misogynistic and intolerant messages”.

The undercover reporter also “films inside a key Saudi-funded Muslim organisation, which claims to promote tolerance and integration yet distributes literature which promotes intolerance for non-Muslims, an extreme version of sharia law and teachings which support discrimination against women”.

In addition, Undercover Mosque: The Return also “investigates the role of the Saudi Arabian religious establishment in spreading a hard-line, fundamentalist Islamic ideology in the UK – the very ideology the government claims to be tackling”.

A former Foreign Office minister tells Dispatches he thinks the government should take a stronger line on the issue.

On January 15, 2007, UK Channel 4’s Dispatches broadcast its initial “Undercover Mosque,” documentary, which was the source of protests by British Islamic organizations. (Online video of this documentary is available online.) The Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) accused the documentary of “misrepresentation,” and West Midlands police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) claimed that the program was heavily edited and distorted comments. In November 2007, however, UK’s media regulator Ofcom found that such accusations of misrepresentation were false; in January 2008, UK Channel 4 and producer Hardcash sued the West Midlands police and CPS for libel. Channel 4 and Hardcash were awarded a six-figure sum in damages in May 2008 by the West Midland police and CPS for the false accusations.

In the first “Undercover Mosque” broadcast, Dispatches captured the Islamic supremacist ideology being preached and taught in British mosques. Per Channel 4, the broadcast included sermons in which: “preachers proclaim the supremacy of Islam, preach hatred for non-Muslims and for Muslims who do not follow their extreme beliefs – and predict a coming jihad. ‘An army of Muslims will arise,’ announces one preacher. Another preacher said British Muslims must ‘dismantle’ British democracy – they must ‘live like a state within a state’ until they are ‘strong enough to take over.'”

After the initial “Undercover Mosque” broadcast, UK Conservative MP Lee Scottstated at the time that “I was appalled by some of the things we saw, it must be investigated, I want to know what this stuff was, and why it took a TV documentary to expose it. The mosque must know what is happening inside its building.” UK Labour MP Louise Ellma stated: “It’s deeply disturbing that this preaching of hate is still going on. There should be a further investigation into the bookshop and what these people are preaching.” A year and a half later, the new Dispatches documentary will show that such activities are continuing in British mosques.

In June 2008, UK Channel 4’s Dispatches broadcast another documentary “From Jail to Jihad” showing the spread of Islamic supremacism throughout British prisons, and in August 2007 another Dispatches documentary was broadcast “Britain Under Attack from Jihad.”

The recent UK MI-5 leaked report ignores the obvious “pathway to violent extremism” is through Islamic supremacist ideology being taught directly in British mosques, despite the numerous reports of this by UK’s Channel 4 and others in the United Kingdom. Clearly UK’s government is unwilling to face the growing Islamic supremacism in the United Kingdom.

Islamic bigotry is still bigotry

In January 2007, Channel 4 broadcast Undercover Mosque, an investigation into what was being preached in mainstream mosques in Britain. The results were shocking: imams were shown praising the murder of British soldiers, attacking democracy, and condemning attempts to integrate Muslims into British society.

The reaction to that programme proved the widespread reluctance to accept the reality of what takes place under the blanket of religion:

Undercover Mosque was condemned for “damaging community relations” by West Midlands Police, who wanted to prosecute the programme makers and Channel 4 under racial hatred laws.

On being told they could not do so, they referred the matter to the Broadcasting Standards Commission. The programme was eventually wholly vindicated. West Midlands Police had to pay Channel 4 more than £100,000 for defaming it.

As we report today, the follow-up to Undercover Mosque is to be broadcast tomorrow.

It shows that – despite all the promises that the books condoning terrorism would be removed, as would the preachers advocating the rigid enforcement of the narrowest interpretration of sharia law and the overthrow of our liberal democracy – violent, intolerant prejudice continues to be preached, this time by women, in centres of “moderate Islam”, such as the Regent’s Park Mosque.

In revealing this, Channel 4 has performed an important public service. Surveys of Muslim opinion reveal the scale of the problem: almost a third of Muslim students believe that killing in the name of religion can be justified, and 40 per cent support the introduction of Sharia law for British Muslims.
