The percentage of Jewish Israelis who see the Obama administration as being pro-Israel hasÂ declined from 31% to 6%Â since May 17 according to a JPost/Smith poll published in Friday’s editions. In the intervening month, Obama gave hisÂ homily to the Muslim worldÂ in Cairo on June 4, and his administration has come into open conflict with Israel’s leaders over a ‘settlement freeze‘ and over the opening of the Gaza crossings without the release of kidnapped IDF corporalÂ Gilad Shalit.
