The instant I read that a name has come up of a suicide bomber in Manchester carnage and the man carried identity papers on his body, my mind thought of 9/11 where the accused carried identity papers, intact on their dead body. Both cases have strong possibility of secret agencies involved in the carnage. The post-carnage happenings involving UK and US secret agencies further strengthens the doubt.
