  1. Who owns stock in bollards? Business is booming. It is so predictable. Terror attacks are a symptom, and bollards are a treatment for a symptom. Of couirse it is not 100% effective, so some infidels will be sacrificed, but hey, it’s good enough and we avoided offending our new masters.
