How to Land Grab: 1) Create a Law 1 month prior to a ‘Natural Disaster’ that states Developers can buy Hawaiian Land legally at a discounted price if a Natural Disaster occurs 2) Hire a corrupt Police Chief that previously ‘failed’ as a Police Captain that oversaw a LV shooting in 2017 and has experience in covering up crimes where large amounts of ppl are killed 3) Make a plan to catch citizens off guard to allow for the most destruction and loss of human life – Shut off all the water – Blockade homeowners in at checkpoints set by said Police Chief so they can’t escape – Only evacuate tourists (not locals) – Prevent warning sirens from alerting residents after telling them the fire was 100% contained -Arrest anyone trying to help or video the aftermath 4) Make sure Insurance companies won’t have to pay homeowners that want to rebuild due to ‘Zoning Infractions’ 5) Start a Fire after everything has been setup and it’s dry as bones.. Developers get the Land, Citizens can’t rebuild, and the Police Chief covers everything up.
