Our judiciary works against the interests of the nation. So we have to ask: are they incompetent or unwilling to protect us, are they simply corrupt or do they have ulterior motives?

By allowing convicted terrorist Abdul Nacer Benbrika to retain Australian citizenship, the High Court has made Australia less safe and circumvented the intentions of Parliament. One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson called on the Albanese government to ensure convicted terrorists born overseas were deported from Australia and never allowed to return. “These terrorists and their ideologies of hate and destruction do not belong in our country,” Senator Hanson said. “This particular terrorist plotted to kill thousands of innocent people, and yet the High Court has said it’s acceptable for this terrorist to remain an Australian citizen. “This is an appalling outcome and a bad decision. The law requires that this terrorist be stripped of his Australian citizenship and ultimately deported, and it’s a law that has strong support in the community. Constitutionally invalidating this law on the dubious technicality that only courts should administer penalties to convicted terrorists is outrageous.
“Australian citizenship is a privilege to be earned, respected and cherished. It has been devalued by this terrible High Court decision, and I demand the Albanese government work urgently to have this decision overturned, have this terrorist stripped of citizenship for all time, and have this terrorist ultimately deported from our shores. “Since I was first elected I’ve been warning successive Australian governments not to allow immigrants to bring extremism to our country. I was roundly criticised, and they were allowed to come anyway. Now we have convicted terrorists abusing our court system after plotting to murder us, and we had the whole world witness a crowd of terrorism supporters on the steps of the Sydney Opera House calling for the gassing of Jews. “There must be absolutely no tolerance for this extremism in Australia – not in Parliament, not in the government, not in the courts and not in the community. Australians have a right to feel safe in their own homes and their own country.”
