Miami imam and dentist Dr. Fadi Kablawi responded in his January 19, 2024 Friday sermon at Masjid As Sunnah An Nabawiyyah North Miami, which was streamed live on Facebook, to backlash from a sermon in which he referred to “the tyrannical Jews” (see MEMRITV clip number 10728). He complained that his office has been “hammered” with threatening telephone calls from “lowlife people” and that they left false reviews on his website and Google. Kablawi said that “they are going crazy,” because he supplicated: “Oh Allah, destroy the tyrant Jews,” but that he has no qualms about calling for the destruction of tyrant Christians, Hindus, or Muslims.

 Later in the sermon, he said that he is against a ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinians, that justice will prevail, and that the occupation between the River and the Sea will end. Kablawi said that this was not a call for genocide because most Jews have dual citizenship, from Poland, Romania, Germany, as well as New York, Texas, and Aventura (a suburb of Miami, with a substantial Jewish population). He said that people tell him to go back to where he came from, but he can only go back if they get out of his country. Kablawi continued to say that for now, the United States is his land, the Zionists and the Americans do not own it, it belongs to Allah.

Dr. Fadi Kablawi: “They will be kicked out [of Palestine], and they will be driven out. Whoever wants to live under Muslims in Palestine will be more than welcome.

“Brothers, in the last week, my office was hammered, my phone was hammered, with these…what do you call them…hecklers…with these lowlife people. Threats, cursing, death [threats]…Just because of a video where I got translated making the supplication: ‘Oh Allah, bring annihilation upon tyrannical Jews.’ They are going crazy because the supplication says: ‘Oh Allah, destroy the tyrant Jews.’ Well, guess what? Oh Allah, destroy the tyrant Christians, destroy the tyrants [of] of the Hindus, and destroy the tyrants of the Muslims. Destroy all the tyrants. We don’t want any tyrants. There is no place for tyrants. There is no defense for tyrants. But when you are upset and going crazy, and putting false reviews on my website or Google reviews, you think you are going to scare us?

“This is no call to destroy all Jews, to kill all Jews. This is what you put in your head as a victim. Get out of my face. I never called for that. Bring one proof. Any time that we talk about this, we are talking in conjunction with the oppression that you are committing.
