Nothing can be “given back” to a people who never owned it.
They inhabited parts of this land. They lived in the land. That’s all.

They have no title deeds. No survey boundaries. They can’t just say i own from Brisbane to Cairns because a family member inhabited that part of the continent at some point in time. If you are born in Australia you are a citizen of this land but you don’t own a piece of it until you paid for it.
What a puerile mindset, trying to employ a western concept of deeds etc to indigenous Australia,
