Iran cares, Guterres is “deeply alarmed….”

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warns that the pager explosions are “a serious risk of a dramatic escalation in Lebanon” and that “everything must be done to avoid that escalation.” Hezbollah has constantly been firing rockets at Israel, firing over 100 in one day on multiple days. Even today, Hezbollah fired 60 rockets in a few minutes. He said nothing about escalation any of those times. When 43 Israelis including 12 innocent children were blown up there were no comments about it being a dramatic escalation. Maybe if the UN had taken any action against Hezbollah’s constant aggression, Israel wouldn’t have needed to take it into their own hands.
