* 2015 MINSK agreement between RUS-UKR to bring peace, brokered by EU powers. Unilaterally broken by West.

* 2021 Russia’s draft proposals for a comprehensive European Security Treaty rejected by USA out of hand.

* 2022 ISTANBUL Agreement: RUS-UKR initial a peace deal, one month into war. Sabotaged by UK premier Boris Johnson, acting for NATO. This would have left Ukraine intact apart from Crimea (which Ukraine accepted is now returned to Russia), ensured Ukraine remained a NEUTRAL state on Russia’s border, with no foreign military presence. (Just like Austria) and saved THOUSANDS OF LIVES, But the West wanted none of it; wanted to “inflict a humiliating defeat on Russia”, so sabotaged it.
