The MAD Bill was originally a Liberal Party idea.
When the peer-reviewed science & expert opinion on Ivermectin and opposing vaccine mandates was being censored, the Liberals should have been drafting laws to protect freedom speech.
Instead they were drafting laws for increased censorship.
And it was under a Liberal Government that both the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Health tried to pressureTwitter to censor me and have me blacklisted for opposing Government policy.
This was despite the fact that I was already heavily self-censoring myself when posting to Twitter to ensure I wasn’t blacklisted
After Twitter refused (because they acknowledged I had not broken their so-called “community standards”) the Liberals started to draft legislation to give them the power to force Twitter blacklist me.
I will never forget or forgive, that when the proceedings & debates of the Australian Parliament were being censorsed by Facebook & YouTube – instead of fighting to protect freedom of speech, the Liberals were fighting for more censorship.
