UN troops were mandated to keep Hezbollah and Israel out of southern Lebanon. They allowed Hezbollah to remain, rearm, and to bombard Israel. They now block Israel from chasing Hezbollah away.
Just like UNRWA is Hamas, UNIFIL is Hezbollah. If they assist the enemy, they are the enemy.
