At least 6 killed as Israeli air strikes target Beirut city centre
- At least six people have been killed and eight wounded in Israeli air strikes targeting central Beirut overnight.
- A further 46 people were killed and 85 injured in Israeli attacks across Lebanon in the previous 24 hours, Lebanon’s Health Ministry said.
- Israel’s military has warned Lebanese people who were ordered to evacuate dozens of villages in southern Lebanon to stay away “until further notice”.

- Eight Israeli soldiers have been killed in close combat fighting with Hezbollah forces in southern Israel, dozens of Israeli forces have been injured,
