Knowing Bill Gates’ agenda it is very unlikely that these “radical changes” are benefitting anyone but Bill Gates. This whole enterprise is highly suspect, if not nefarious. Bill Gates is no agriculturalist, he is not a farmer and his genetically manipulated crops are unlikely to benefit Africans or anyone else. Corrupt officials will buy it anyway, they will be bribed into it and the people will suffer the consequences.
