An NGO Funded By the Gov’t is Not An NGO

Government paid NGOs are government organizations. It’s dumb to think this one level of separation means anything when they’re being funneled $10s of millions of taxpayer money. They are government organizations and everyone involved in these scams are money laundering criminals.
