The man who drove a car into a crowd in Munich, Germany is an Afghan asylum seeker who has previously been arrested numerous times for theft and drug dealing. At least 20 people were wounded and a toddler is fighting for his life.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz says the Afghan migrant who rammed his car into a crowd, injuring 28 people, must be “punished” and deported.
