For five decades, the powers that be outsourced American jobs to third world countries. China was by far the biggest beneficiary. This American/European largesse with knowhow, capital & technical support took wealth from the first world to lift the 3rd world out of poverty. Is it too late to reverse this disaster?

Successive administrations were totally at ease with outsourcing your jobs to third world countries. Outsourcing violent criminals for the duration of their sentence to El Salvador or China is much cheaper and might improve their behaviour. It’s worth a try.
