3. Make the operation a joint operation between South Africa and the United States and offer their military training to assist our US Marines in the process.

4. South Africa can then reimburse the United States through some sort of trade agreement or a yield from whatever their country can produce or I’m sure president Trump can think of something in that manner he’s very intelligent like that.
