The judge has an Indian background. If he is also a Mohammedan, it is very likely that he doesn’t see the rape of infidel women as a crime. In that case he should have recused himself.

NSW Supreme Court judge Hament Dhanji just bailed a 19 year old Arab-Australian man alleged to have helped organise a six-hour gang rape attack against a 17 year old girl.
News reports state that the rape victim alleged Adam Abdul-Hamid recorded the gang rape on his phone.
News reports also state that Adam Abdul-Hamid’s family remain supportive of him.
Arrest footage showed the man’s family swarming the police and screaming at them as he was arrested at home. A woman could also be heard shouting: “Shut your mouth, don’t say a word” in Arabic.
Judge Dhanji wrote: “It may ultimately be put that … he was present at the scene intentionally assisting and encouraging the principal offenders. There is in my view a reasonably strong inference available supporting the Crown case as to the applicant’s complicity.” Yet he decided to bail him nonetheless.
Details from the case are absolutely shocking. The other accused gang rapists cannot be named because they are minors but one of the accused gang rapists is just 14 years old.

Police say the alleged victim was initially approached by a 16-year-old boy, who she didn’t know, at a shopping centre in Liverpool in southwest Sydney on a Sunday evening in December 2024.
The boy allegedly asked to be driven to a park at a nearby suburb, which the girl agreed to on the understanding he would get out of the car.
At the park, two other males got into the car and allegedly joined in sexually assaulting her.
