The gag order for the details of today’s ceasefire breach in Rafah was removed: Two IDF soldiers were killed in the Hamas RPG and shooting attack on a military vehicle today in Rafah.

*Settling Scores:* The IDF has reportedly bombed several tunnels in which Hamas was holding hostages. The attacks indicate that the idea had precise intelligence as to the hostages’ location but refrained from operating in those areas out of concern for their safety.

Israel says Gaza ceasefire back on after day of attacks kills dozens

  • Israel launches a series of deadly air strikes targeting central and southern Gaza after its forces blame Hamas for targeting its soldiers. Hamas says Israel’s claims are false and baseless.
  • The Palestinian Civil Defence agency says at least 40 Palestinians have been killed on Sunday in Israeli attacks on Gaza – including on a school sheltering war-displaced civilians, with women and children among the dead.
