Every time she speaks bluntly about security, immigration, or radical ideology, the media machine screams the same word: Racist. It’s lazy. It’s dishonest. And Australians are sick of it. Most people know exactly what she’s talking about. She’s pointing at Islamic extremism, failed vetting, dangerous ideologies imported from conflict zones. But instead of debating the substance, they smear the person. And they smear you. If you support strong borders, you’re “hateful.” If you question immigration from deadly hotspots, you’re “bigoted.” If you talk about ideology, you’re “racist.” No. Wanting strong vetting isn’t racism. It’s about keeping Australians safe. It’s about protecting social cohesion. It’s a about the safety of the most vulnerable, mums, children, communities who pay the price when governments get security wrong. That’s not racism. It’s common sense. The real gaslighting is pretending that raising security concerns equals racial hatred. Australians aren’t stupid. You can disagree with Hanson’s tone. But stop pretending her supporters are monsters. We’re not racist. And we’re tired of being told we are.
