Berlin court dismisses lawsuit seeking Merkel Stasi files

The Berlin administrative court has dismissed a lawsuit seeking the disclosure of possible Stasi files on former German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The case was brought by former FDP politician Marcel Luthe, but according to the court there is no general legal claim for such a move, Welt reports.

The Stasi Archives Act allows documents to be released only under specific circumstances. For example, the law permits disclosure if the person concerned benefited from the former secret service, the MfS, or was already a public figure at the time.

However, the court said that neither of these conditions is met in Merkel’s case. According to the available information, there is no concrete evidence that she was connected to the MfS, and before 1990 she cannot be considered a public figure within the meaning of the law.

Marcel Luthe’s lawsuit was therefore unsuccessful.

Why? Because this woman is a prime example of what leftists are like.

Leftists have three essential characteristics:

They are stupid, destructive, and malicious.

From their stupidity comes the destruction of what people have built and with which they identify. People identify with their family, God, and their nation.

When the destruction becomes visible and people criticize it (Germans vote for the AfD), then leftists become malicious because they refuse to acknowledge the destruction they have caused and try to whitewash everything.

These malicious leftists then want to censor, financially ruin, and imprison people. This woman is the biggest political disaster in Europe since World War II.

Leftists must not be allowed to have any political power or any kind of social influence. Either leftists keep quiet and submit, or they belong in a mental institution, in prison, or on the gallows, depending on the severity of their criminal guilt.

There is no rational political discussion with leftists because they cannot be convinced by rational arguments. Leftists are like religiously deluded fanatics. Leftists are our mortal enemies.

Either we defeat these fanatics peacefully through elections, or there will be war. If we want to survive, we must, like all white countries of Western civilization, defeat all leftists and, if necessary, completely eradicate them; otherwise, we whites and our white Western civilization will be exterminated by the left.

Make this perfectly clear: We whites are in the final battle for our existence!
