Temporary Protected Status (TPS) was always meant to be temporary. Congress created it that way. The executive branch ended Haiti’s designation. The Supreme Court just cleared the path. No more TPS + no other legal basis to stay = subject to removal under U.S. immigration law. This isn’t opinion. It’s the legal process.
