Israel to hold ceasefire talks with Lebanon
- Israel’s PM Benjamin Netanyahu says he has issued an instruction to start direct negotiations with Lebanon “as soon as possible” after what he claimed were requests from Beirut.
- Lebanon has declared a day of mourning after a wave of Israeli attacks killed at least 200 people and injured more than 1,000 in a single day on Wednesday.
