This is Kenji Sayyed, a Japanese citizen of Egyptian origin.
He has been standing at Japanese temples, Shinto shrines, Buddhist monasteries, and memorials of soldiers killed in war, deliberately reciting the Islamic Azaan loudly,“There is no god but Allah!”

Beats me how this fanatical Egyptian agitprop got Japanese citizenship. Japanese authorities have to look into this case and revoke it. That is not impossible. “Kenji Sayyed” is a dangerous lunatic who can cause a lot of damage.

Kenji Saeed was criminally charged on August 7, 2026, with suspicion of desecrating a place of worship. Once the charges against Mr. Saeed are solidified, he will either be arrested by the police or undergo questioning by the police at his residence.
For now, there have been no reports on what has happened to him.
