Hidemasa Otani is the president of the Japanese music/entertainment company LD&K. He made these remarks after he saw videos of the French riots.
Since then he’s apologized for his wording. While some people were glad to see he apologized others have said he had nothing to be sorry about.
Personally, I understand his anger at seeing videos of immigrants rioting in France. I would feel the same way if it happened in Japan.

Because Islam’s goal is not “religion” but “invasion.”
They are flaunting it in public spaces for demonstrations like, “This is our land now!”
If we don’t exclude them, it will drive Japanese people into a situation where they have no choice but to flee.
“Coexistence” is simply not possible.
